During the degree programme, I had the chance to attend to several different phases of testing
and developing insight into running clinical tests to determine risks, effectiveness, side effects
and benefits of drugs. Furthermore, during my time at the university “UMF Carol Davila
Bucharest”, I was part of multiple projects, which include studies with existing or developing
drugs.

My educational background has prepared me for this role. I am eager to contribute with my
enthusiasm and skills, so I can properly do all the necessary duties of the job. Currently I am a
clinician pharmacist (resident) at “Bagdasar Arseni” Emergency Hospital, where I work with a
lot of patients. I have the ability to work with the physicians in drug safety to make sure all
medical assessments and reviews are reported appropriately.

Through my experience at the hospital, I become good at analyzing data, researching through
different data bases and international guidelines about reports on drug benefits, risks, side effects
and possible interactions. I know and have the ability to use proper terminology.

Some of my main qualifications and skills in this regard include: the ability to learn a lot of
information fast, ability to develop and write trial protocols to ensure a clear view of trial
methodologies, ensuring compliance and maximum patient care, knowledge of health sciences
sector, the ability to integrate in a team and great communication skills, keeping track of all mild
to serious adverse drug reactions associated with marketed products. I have exceptional reseach
skills with the ability to collect all data surrounding the adverse effects of drugs from various
clinical studies, trials and cases. I have the interpersonal skills to work well as a part of a team
and the motivation to work independently. I have the ability to adapt quickly to a changing
environment. I like to always stay updated on all new safety guidelines and I also have great time
management and organizational skills.
