    REASONS FOR CHANGE:


    The equipment mentioned in the document: “VA2-OM-TS-05 Technical Specification of 35kV Transmission line
    electrical equipment” isn't complying with Ky Anh power company (EVN) requirement (See attachment-1 Page 2~4).
    So, the contractor changes to meet Ky Anh power company's requirements with equipment/material as below:
    - Cable CXV/SE/DSTA 3x50mm2
    - Cable ACSR95
    - Polymer suspension insulator 35kV
    - Polymer pin Insulators 35kV
    - Surge arresters 35 kV
