a set) distance away from the index field and emanating physical
body. Achievement of stable Meissner-antiMeissner effect fields
is a matter of calibration of energetic induction leading to
threshold cellular capacitance across all space/time-time/space
regimes of body tissues, and the presence of an enabling
psychophysiology in the biomind of the extensor-neurosensor.
5. The body expels its polychromatic Meissner field as a by-
product to intra-cellular activity and electrostatic level of charge.
The resonant antiMeissner harmonic form expelled or, more
specifically, harmonic-resonated, is coherent, and retains a very
high fidelity to the “original” or “indexing” biophotonic field. As
near as we can tell, it retains its original energetic and informatic
composition and structure as a uniform field. AntiMeissner effect
induction, however, remains more of an art than a science today,
as there are Meissner field individual differences that must first
be calibrated and compensated to make a MAM (Meissner-
antiMeissner) effect sufficiently stable for the antiMeissner
harmonic resonant field to require minimal compensation to
informatically function as if the biomind is occupying it while in
resonance.
6. However, the anti-Meissner effect produces the result that
the body, which cellularly speaking, is in a semiconstant gel-
phase, traps the lower band of the emitted field, retaining around
itself a monochromatic biophotonic field in the 200 nm to 300
nm. This field does not demonstrate any dispersion and remains
an ultraweak low band light skin close to the body surface,
giving off an emission in the pale blue range. This emission (the
Meissner aspect of the Meissner-antiMeissner resonance effect)
is sufficiently stable and can be monitored by emanation strength
and density. This is also a bellwether emission, being a ligand
field expression to the antiMeissner harmonic, and therefore, we
regard this now as a “session system health” indicator of how
the neurosensor, system, and effect formation are functioning
with one degree of freedom.

the first term within the brackets, and ek,s is the unit polarization

periodicity conditions, where the ni can assume any positive or
negative integer or zero. Since the Planck constant ħ is
considered to be a primary constant, the field is a fundamental
one not derivable from some other source, like a collection of
charged particles. We also now know that ħ is not a primary
constant and that there is a far more fundamental reality behind
the quantum fields.
The singular, most important characteristic of the
electromagnetic vacuum (EV) as well as the massive particle
vacuum (MPV), is the so-called zero-point energy that is infinite

a. Desynchronization
Temporal matter desynchronization is a phenomenon that
often goes unnoticed because it occurs when light in a material
medium travels through it in a curved pathway, when the speed
of light varies from the speed value in the vacuum. This effect
ordinarily goes unnoticed. Large increases in the refractive index
by electrical means produce large desynchronizations in inert
matter. The rate of time passage inside the inert matter medium
is retarded with respect to the rate of time passage outside the
medium. In biological tissue, matter desynchronization is at the
heart of the Priore effect. See other essays and monographs done
by LPG-C members, part of the Idiomaterial Unum-Universe
Series.
Inert matter desynchronized relative to the index medium
could pass through matter in phase with the local reference
frame, since the local reference matter is not crossed by the
desynchronized matter at the same rate of time passage. A key
factor in desynchronization is the presence of iron in
desynchronizing matter. In experiments done by others known to
us, iron plates were the metal of choice due to their magnetic
properties. Larry Adams’ ideas on matter desynchronization
were tested, quite successfully. In an earlier experiment, a hollow
sample of large dimensions was used as suggested. The shell,
separating inside from outside, was relatively thick. The index of
refraction in metals can indeed be expressed as a function of the
plasma frequency, Wp, and the applied frequency, W,

c. Synchronization
In physical chemistry and certain physics quarters, the rich
collective behavior, including mutual entrainment and self-
synchronization, seen in systems of coupled oscillators has been
a stimulus for the long-standing interest in these systems. With
us in LPG-C, it was the mention of possibilities that biologic
matter causal induction of matter desynchronization-
synchronization was the case. Recently, attention turned to the
study of coupled chaotic oscillators and, in particular, to the
phenomenon of phase synchronization. Provided that the phase
can be defined (28) (29), two coupled nonidentical chaotic
oscillators are said to be phase synchronized if their frequencies
are locked (30) (31). This appears to be a general phenomenon
observed in such diverse systems as electrically coupled neurons,
biomedical systems, chemical systems, and spatially extended
ecological systems.
Much of the theoretical analyses of phase synchronization
have been carried out on systems consisting of two locally
coupled oscillators (31) or many globally coupled oscillators
(32). Large one-dimensional chains of locally coupled chaotic
oscillators have been investigated very recently (33), (34), (35).
Jorn Davidsen and Raymond Kapral (36) address the question
whether phase synchronization can persist in higher spatial
dimensions where topological defects can play a central role.
They also show that the existence of topological defects can lead

infinite past in an infinite dimensional construction or structure.
But how the medium functions in both regions is where the
symmetric and entropic arrangement calls for dimensional
configurations higher than the 2-dimensions of the surfaces.
The word surface is used because the proto-condensate as a
fluid medium of myriad surfaces is 2-dimensional. Some
physicists think of them as little fuzzy balls with a fuzzy surface
(therein the term). But actually, these flatland surfaces are two
dimensional surfaces, and are always extended to the far future
and the far past, such that their energy is also infinite. However,
there are protoparticulate fragmental glimmers (PFGs) that act
like subparticles in these media. They are grasped (i.e., sensed)
in both regions and in the unisonic.8 These PFGs, we came to
realize over the last ten years, are the locus of origin of
subparticles in the subquantum and in regular space/time. In a
recent, newer stage of understanding, we have also come to
realize that this locus of origin is akin to what Thomas Bearden

Then imagine that this surface has holes in the form of globes
– each globe with four possible positions that subparticles can
spin inside of each. We can imagine vacuum particulate units to
be like holes on the surface of the Form-design Continuum
having four different positions for subatomic particles to spin in,
and angular momentum is what fills the holes. These extremely
dynamic vacuum units have a specifiable measure of angular
momentum that depends on the spin position filled.
We describe vacuum unit angular momentum as a circle of
mass moving at a velocity, scanning an area. This 2-dimensional
circle of mass moves through the vacuum unit at the speed of
light. As vacuum angular momentum spins within the VPU,
vacuum conductance produces strong charge. Also, as vacuum
angular momentum spins within the vacuum itself, it picks up +/-
elementary charge from it. These three characteristics – vacuum
angular momentum, elementary charge, and strong charge give
structure to the particulate elementary particle or subparticle. In
both our Working Model and relativity theory, the neutron is a
composite of a proton and electron.
In our Working Model, a neutron’s composition involves two
separate vacuum particulate units, folded over onto each other. In
one vacuum unit, an electron occupies the electron spin position
and in the other unit, a proton assumes the proton spin position.
However, when the proton captures an electron, extra angular
momentum is also captured along with the electron. This
additional angular momentum may come from photons or it may

All these events are liberating some sort of entities from their
clinging existence, as normally found in the vicinity of various
objects. Apparently, these behaviors can arise because the mass
of the liberated entities is so small, it is very easy to move them.
Even an act of will can liberate these entities into motion. The
resulting release of entities, under these circumstances, registers
directly on various forms of instrumentation. All the items in the
above list were proved experimentally by Kozyrev, under very
stringent and rigorous conditions (39).
People at the time, had no reason to accept Kozyrev's
brilliant results, until now, when they are seen as integral to the
subquantum paradigm, and represent the earliest such

In quantum field theory, the cosmological constant counts the
degrees of freedom of the vacuum. Heuristically, we may sum
the zero-point energies of harmonic oscillators and write:
(7)
The sum is manifestly conflictive at best. The natural
maximum cutoff to impose on a quantum theory of gravity is the
Planck frequency, leading to the Planck energy density of the
vacuum:

The Planck-Einstein scale corresponds to the geometric
mean value between the Planck scale, lP , which determines the
highest possible energy density in the universe, and the
cosmological length scale, or Einstein scale, lE = Λ−1/2, which
determines the lowest possible energy in the universe. The
Planck-Einstein energy density is the geometric mean ρPE =
√pρP ρE between the two energy densities, and the Planck-
Einstein length lPE = √lP lE is the geometric mean of the two
length scales in the universe (81, 72, 73).
We noticed that the values of Planck-Einstein quantities
correspond to typical time, length or energy scales in
superconductor physics, as well as to typical energy scales for
dark energy. In previous papers by Beck and de Matos (73, 74,

Organismically, cells at start of resonance capacitance stage
would increase Meissner effect and therefore photonic activity in
what we call Meissner field. But, counterintuitively, as resonance
capacitance increased, instead of peaking outwardly, the
photonic field density would become compact and we would see
what could well be the antiMeissner field effect of the Meissner
field resonated away from the body. Interestingly, this is the
same exact process we have seen in the case of neurosensors
“powering up” to achieve merge with an avatar and a visual
point-of-view (POV). However, only one of those observed (five
subjects performing their own relaxation-cool down procedures)
reached Meissner-antiMeissner (MAM) resonance (or third

as 120 times the speed of light (90) (104), by our estimates. But
that’s now where torsion field applications stop: they interact
with laser beams by changing its frequency or the laser’s
frequency; they can be made to affect biological processes; they
are generated by melting or solidifying certain types of materials;
they affect quartz crystals; we have made them affect some
electronic components; they have been reported can favorably
change some beverages (105); and they have been noted to affect
gravity (25) (93).
Akimov contends that torsion fields coupled to standard
electric, magnetic, and gravity fields should provide means for a
unified field theory that will extend the realm of science to
include the effects of consciousness (87), (88), (89), (96). It is
also interesting and highly suggestive that Akimov was director
of a KGB-financed research institution, the Center for
Nontraditional Technologies, a top secret research institute with
a healthy financial backing from both the Politburo and the then
Soviet Academy of Science. From discoveries by Semyon
Davidovich Kirlian and colleagues that the biophysical fields of
the body had potential weaponized applications, studies of these
biophysical fields led the Soviets then to its mapping and to their
use in a biophysical form of remote viewing – what we today
refer to as extension neurosensing (with additional and
substantial modifications in both technology, theory, and
application modeling).
Kirlian’s photographic discovery was a fortuitous accident,
in that it was a by-product of a project with a much different aim.
Krasnodar, in 1939, was a sleepy science town where new
energetics were being discovered. With hard evidence from
Kirlian photography and a wide variety of other electronic
scanners designed to study the body's biophysical field, including
biomagnetic, bioelectric and bioplasmic components, Soviet
physicists, biophysicists, medical personnel, and allied
researchers scattered in well over 50 research institutions by the
1950s, were given experimental data needed for a new physics of
what today is the subquantum. The results would not receive
modeling and theoretical sustenance until the implications of
Kozyrev’s time control theory were deciphered and understood.

longer the loan period or the larger the loan amount, the greater
is the interest. Furthermore, the larger the loan, the smaller is the
maximum allowed loan period. Nature is a shrewd banker and
always calls in its debts (127). How does this work in LEOM?
(4) When dealing with radiant energy from discrete sources,
we can in general speak distinctly about an electromagnetic
effect, but in more detailed examination, its coupling with
gravitation (electrogravitional coupling or EGC) must be taken
into account. Gravitational process effects in discrete mass
systems, even in living ones, are a distinct category as well,
though EGC is always present in the effect. It is here, then, that
we must deal with Bearden's precursor engines (or what we call
cohorts) and the templates postulated by our Working Model.
EGC is then the Texas two-step referred to in (45), (14), (16) and
(17). How do they work as a whole?
(5) We also strongly suspect that infrared light plays a key
role in the cell's detection, decoding, transfer, and burst control
of SBEG energetics. And we also have reasons to believe that
each cell is its own collector, such then that the entire human
body-mind is actually riddled by collector points and collector
cones through which burst energetics may be phased into the
body as both negative and positive energies from the vacuum.
What are then the actual mechanics for all of this to happen?
(6) SBEG energetics may involve manipulation by the
inductor, consciously or unconsciously, of the bioelectronic
subsystems of his/her living matrix. The inductor is the source of
vector-intention in the system. We now have a much clearer idea
of the inductor’s role, but still there is work to do. And,
(7) SBEG energy bursting appears to be a special case and a
seemingly learnable capacity. It is now obvious to those of us
working with human-induced SBEG that it is a set of skills,
which can be learned, though it requires a knowledge set about
its physiology and biophysics. This, at least as of this writing, is
well understood and performed on demand.

7. Redox Processes
If one accepts the idea of the temporary increase of
paramagnetic centers in a diamagnetic medium, what may exist
in a biological system is a magnetic analogy with an electronic
state which can be described by an oxidative-reductive (redox)
potential or magnetic “donor – acceptor” state. In such a
description, diamagnetic to paramagnetic transitions can be
expressed as magnetic redox reactions. The analogy with redox
processes may be further substantiated by the existence of charge
transport between paramagnetic centers and diamagnetic
molecules. Equally important is the subsistence of a level of
diamagnetism (i.e. spin = 0 state) as a general background for
“dia-par” processes. Most likely, the enzymatic decay of organic
compounds serves a similar purpose in that the decay products
are always diamagnetic.
8. Magnetohydrodynamic Biological Control
The action of magnetic fields affects the magnetic states of
organic molecules, conditioned by quantum-electronic processes.
There presumably exists some fundamental magnetic state of a
living organism which is disrupted by the action of external
factors. Semiconducting organic matter constitutes a diamagnetic
“solvent” for paramagnetic components. These may thus form a
paramagnetic “colloid” within a diamagnetic medium. Such a
“colloidal” state is an essential condition. The activated particles
must form an actual or colloidal solution, while preserving their
paramagnetic properties. The medium consists of diamagnetic
water, as well as saccharides, lipids and protein. A biological
system may be in general understood as a diamagnetic medium
with distributed paramagnetic centers. It may prove useful to
treat biological electronic states as a physical plasma.
Enrichment with a paramagnetic component was in the interest
of the plasma processes of life. Anisotropic biological structures
form a kind of guideway for plasmic processes. In some
situations, such as in nucleic acids, they may direct electronic
processes towards cyclotron motion – along helical trajectories.
Helical waves in plasma produce a strong axial magnetic field.
This is all the more true in the case of DNA, as one finds within

and Polk at 7.8, 1.1, 20.3, 26.4, and 32.5 Hzs. Ludwid found a
number of frequencies have been found to be common to all the
subjects and to relate to the specific physiological functions. For
example, the frequency 0.1 Hz relates to the circulatory system,
7.8 Hz relates to the hippocampus, 10 Hz to the circadian
rhythms, 33 Hz to the lymphatic system, etc.
Extraordinary dielectric properties arise from the high
electric fields maintained in membranes. When taken in
conjunction with the biomembrane's sensitivity to very low weak
electric fields, these properties play an important role in
resonance interactions between molecules. For example, amino
acids, proteins and nucleic acids, porphyrins such as chlorophyll
and carotenoids are semiconductive. A quantum of light entering
a semiconductive protein structure results in photoexcitation
causing charge transfer or excitation “hopping,” and sometimes,
emission of photons. The charge activated in a structural protein
creates opportunities for photon emission through several
methods: fluorescence, electron acceleration in an electrical field,
temporary emergence of paramagnetic centers and emission as a
result of spin relaxation. Electromagnetic waves can be guided
and simultaneously slowed down by appropriate semiconducting
and dielectric structures. The nature of the interaction of
electrons with the electrical component of the electromagnetic
wave is very important, especially in electric fields having a high
frequency wave. Structures which slow EM waves are known as
“decelerating systems.” Dia- and paramagnetism are also
connected to bioplasma. Its exceptional selectivity and
responsiveness, through alteration of its own state, make plasma
the ideal carrier system of information within living organisms.
This sort of plasma is basically diamagnetic; there are however
many factors which may locally produce paramagnetism.
Experimental attempts to prove the reality of bioplasma have
been underway in Russian since 1968. Magnetic fluctuation and
the concomitant emission of weak radiation are only different
pictures of the same plasma discontinuity. Paramagnetic centers
are quantum-mechanically “mobile,” and vary according to the
general magnetic state of the system and radiation. As a result
there would be both plasma pulsations between paramagnetic

time regimes of all his or her cells. We had, since 1995, learned
that subquantum vacuum domains, which are local formations of
a non-homogeneous physical vacuum, are transformers of
gravitational energy into electromagnetic energy and the reverse
and of both these types of energy into mechanical and thermal
energy. This grasp and understanding facilitated a host of
interrelated phenomena production, some with quite dramatic
effects, while others were curiosities appearing as seeming
coincidences. More specifically, we refer to MPO (manifest
production observership) effects, and human-precipitated
VEEOM (vacuum energetic encoding of object matrices)
phenomena on demand.
Information in spacetime is said to be physical. The vacuum
can also provide energy and information to a human COBE with
full-scale observership capacities. A full-scale observership
human COBE is a person with a relatively intact enteric nervous
system, an average cellular capacitance between 0.250 and 1.8
volt from multiple sites on the body – upper and lower
extremities, thoracic large muscle groups and neck, and a
working myofascial complex (i.e., a network of supportive, and
highly conductive tissue that covers and is networked to the rest
of the body). Observership is a critical function of all living
biological entities. Thus, the body and mind, working together as
what here we have chosen to refer to as the biomind, function in
a critical mode every second of every minute of every hour of
every day of every year, from birth to death. This critical mode
involves two specific functions we have here lumped together for
the sake of explication, but which in life and living are very
specific to the biomind’s overall performance. One is interaction
(with all living entities on the planet and with the living
environment); the other is interface (purposeful connectivity by
specific choice, with other humans as well as other COBE life

activity: beta, alpha, and theta. Delta is reserved for deep sleep,
and rarely seen in a waking state human being. To perform
VEEOM on demand means good command of enabling
psychophysiologies performed on demand by an individual
knowledgeable and masterful of the process. This literally means
going from high beta (Band 2 – 38 Hz to 20 Hz, through Band 1
– 19 Hz to 15 Hz and Sensorimotor rhythm 14 Hz to 12 Hz),
bypassing alpha band (8 Hz to 11 Hz), directly into theta band
(3Hz to 7.9 Hz). When the brain is stimulated by a human being
(or by external, often technological means) to produce specific
brainwaves bands, we are induced to experience a large variety
types of mental and emotional states, with reactions consonant
with experiences in meditation, excitation, motivation, anxiety,
irritation, sexual excitement, relaxation, spiritualism and many
more. So the brain is a key element in the on demand
performance and production of VEEOM. What can it do for a
human being intent on performing VEEOM?

nearly all perception (90 per cent) is filtered out in the thalamus
area of the brain, the part that deals with attention. The thalamus
is controlled by the brain’s limbic system, which looks after our
emotions, decision-making and memory. In other words, the
information that gets through this mental filter is fitted into a
visual mental model which we see as reality. Normally, people

The reader may now feel that having asked what time is it
does not require to know how the clock works. Or does it? With
LEOM and MPO, it does. The essence of the idea is simply that
with the power to do LEOM and MPO personal realities, there is
personal responsibility consonant to the use of the power.
The entire algorithmic sequence that follows has grammar
rules (or rules of manifestation), syntactic rules (or how to put
things together to get the result desired), and semantic rules (or
what words/meanings to use to activate the necessary aspect of
the DNA in our living matrix). And the entire sequence is
predicated on three single basic logic statements that form a
LEOM syllogism:

Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta—are all below 32 Hz, but the
human ear cannot hear frequencies below 60 Hz. Therefore, the
brain cannot entrain to the desirable frequencies simply by
listening to sound waves at those frequencies. However, Hemi-
Sync uses a binaural beat and other sound technologies, playing
slightly different frequencies into each ear in a way that causes
the brain to “hear” the difference; for example, playing 100 Hz
into one ear and 104 Hz into the other ear causes the brain to
“hear” 4 Hz and drop to Delta.
In actual practice, what we look for is the ability of an
experienced meditator in less than three minutes. In other words,
the cortical activity of an adept meditator who had been regularly
practicing and/or teaching TM for some time. If our operator was
hooked up to an EEG machine, his/her EEG activity during
baseline would show an asynchronous state throughout the
cortex. The primary cortical activity would be that of high-
frequency Alpha activity combined with some Theta and Beta
waves especially concentrated in the left temporal lobe. Once a
stable baseline is achieved, we want our operator’s cortical
activity to begin to slow down and show signs of phasic-bilateral
synchrony. Within a matter of minutes then, the operator’s
primary cortical activity should show low frequency Alpha
across the cortex.
Is all of this possible?
Oh, yes! Upon use of Hemi-Synch audio CDs (Introduction
to Focus 10 and/or Focus 12) for a period of some thirty to
forty-five minutes as training for the results we described above,
our operator in training can expect to show a basal experience of
asynchronous alpha, theta and beta activity across the board,
with beta prevalent on the frontal lobe. Once this basal
experience stabilizes, the operator’s primary brain activity should
begin to move toward synchronized theta, with secondary
activity as synchronized alpha activity. Once LEOM is
achieved, the operator’s bilateral hemispheric activity should
resemble the basal experience of asynchronous alpha and theta,
with beta in the frontal lobe completely nonexistent. One
interesting phenomenon we noted was that the more exposure
(i.e., training time) the operator logged in use of Hemi-Synch,

The options for answering the question above are three, and
only three. All other replies are variations of these three: YES,
DON’T KNOW, and NO. Herein are then the probability of
possibilities.
If YES, you get to move to the DO stage, and get on with the
LEOM of your desire without further ado.
If NO, is this belief a barrier to your formulation of your
LEOM, since a manifest production observership is supposed to
be based on the belief that this process is possible and will result
in a LEOM of the object you desire, need, prefer, like and/or use.
Wait a sec! Let’s not mix apples and pear, no pun intended!
MPO is the reality you construct as your world, and THIS is
based upon what one believes possible, desirable, and obtainable.
LEOM, on the other hand, has NOTHING to do with belief, as it
is an algorithmic procedure that, should a monkey be able to do it
without using a single word, the monkey could conceivably get
what he wants when he wants it. So beware of what you wish! It
can be highly beneficial, but it also can create a lot of problems
without intending. To say NO simply requires a suspension of
belief and a desire to give the algorithm a try, without judgment
or distraction. Being aware of one’s wish has more to do with
knowledge about the information set of the object targeted than

crucial – and the difference between a model car and a real world
car. A QIS is what one qualifies as the nature and class of object
one desires. And it is to a QIS one must add information, or
access information from available “templates,” with which to
make the QIS be exactly what is desired.
The E-Rule is at the heart of QIS. It applies to man-made
objects, “natural” objects, representational objects (like money),
or any other class of world objects. World objects, as we teach
our research fellows and others, is the composite of matter based
on templates of the object present in spacetime and also
expressed in the subquantum, as subquantum information for and
of that object. In other words, one does not have to be an fruit
orchard farmer to LEOM a red, juicy apple or any other fruit,
anymore than one would have be hold graduate degrees in
electrical or other kinds of engineering to LEOM an appliance.
But one does have to consider the viability rule of LEOMing an
object: to make an object LEOMed viable (i.e., useful and usable
in your world), it has to fit in the scheme of accounting and
control for the class of object you create. Imagine having the
desire to LEOM money, an expensive watch, diamonds, a bar of
gold, a car, or any other thing that is “tracked” by control
systems which assign a “recognition” imprint or imprimatur to
the set membership of any batch manufactured the old fashioned
way.
Will the result(s) of what is done be viable objects? In other
words, will they be of any use to you? To be able to use
LEOMed $ 100 bills, there is information to be included in the
information set such that it would make the outcome bills viable
for you to use, and even then, in large quantities, it is definitely
NOT advisable. Same with diamonds – any large amount of cut
or uncut diamonds do attract a lot of attention. Accounting of
ownership can render LEOMed diamonds less than viable and
even create problems for the “owner.” Thus, when taking into
consideration the two rules mentioned here, it is smart to
consider that the QIS of a target plays a crucial role in making
any object of LEOM outcome be something viable for the
operator. Then, it pays to QIS everything.

The object of intent is not set aside or forgotten. It remains in
the foreground but it does not receive any further focused
attention. Instead, focused attention is drawn to the opening to
the vacuum, which is the first positive action toward achieving
the light encoding of one’s targeted object matrix. To open to the
vacuum means to drop into theta and delta on demand and most
immediately. In this action, the training done with the Gateway
material from the Monroe Institute will come in most handy. In
this action, mentally “initialize” (make a mental pass through
ALL of the cells on the surface of your body to about two inches
deep). Some choose to “initialize” their bodies by, prior to this
action-moment, training him/herself to make a pass throughout
the entire body – surface and depth, to one’s very biological core.
The repetition of the action by training makes it possible for the
operator to achieve this initialization to completion in a matter of
30 seconds or less.
This behavioral act makes each of the cells in our operator’s
body become the source of the energetics for energetic encoding
of the desired object’s matrix. The energy is not yet drawn onto
the body; instead, all cells open to the vacuum/plenum by way of
infrared signaling system from the cell to the subquantum
domain. If the reader does not believe in the reality of this
possibility, he/she is invited to approach a Qi master and ask this
person to lightly hit the unbeliever’s upper arm and see how far
he/she flies away by this mere “light” touch. This is NOT
Hollywood trickery. Instead, it is the master’s ability to, relaxed
and focused, draw energy from the vacuum/plenum and transfer
in the touch the cumulus of the energy drawn onto the body of
the unbeliever, who blithely flies away at the touch.
This is then the energy which will momentarily be used in
encoding the target object. But the transfer of energy won’t
necessarily be done by storing it in the body and then transferring
it to the object’s matrix. The operator’s body will not do so, as it
needs to follow instructions to be able to generate sufficient
adrenorgasmic vector-intentional burst toward the end of the
process. But we are getting ahead of ourselves here.
171
A. R. BORDON
3
The necessary energy to power the body for the instant of
adrenorgasmic burst of the vector-intention directed at the
manifestation of a fully encoded matrix must come from the
Earth. To do so, we use a Kundalini technique to draw Earth
energy from the ground up through the dantien, up through the
spinal column, up the neck, up the occipital part of the brain,
over the crown, down the forehead and the face, down the front
part of the neck and depositing energy in the ventral cavities of
the body – the enteric and thoracic cavities – as if they were
empty containers thirsting for energy. This is done to satiation;
that is, it is done until the hands, arms, thoracic and ventral
cavities crawl with energy – all the while REMAINING and
staying relaxed in one’s broad internal range of attention, body,
and mind.
If the reader is unacquainted with traditional or contemporary
Chinese medicine and does not know what or where is the
dantien in the human body, let me suggest several useful internet
websites:
http://www.edithchanacupuncture.com/
http://www.dan-tien.com/
http://www.cn939.com/en/tcm-article-read.php?id=1434
Briefly, the dantien is “in Qi Gong terms, having energy in
the center of the body. The center is called Dan Tian, which
means “elixir field” and a place to store energy. Think of the Dan
Tian as a reservoir and a place of inner strength. The Dan Tian,
located in the lower abdomen between the navel and the pubic
bone, corresponds to the physical functions of digestion,
elimination, and reproduction… it functions by giving us a sense
of stability and balance. It is also a source of power for physical
energy, sexual vitality, and inner power“ (Lee Holden,

ng+to+the+ Center).
I hope this helps.

4
At this juncture, we add the generation of a visual POV to the
internal mix. In the second activity (opening the cells to the
vacuum), the relaxation regime already made alpha, theta and
delta regimes prevalent in just about every section of the cortical
hemispheres. The operator’s self-training in hemispheric
synchronization comes in handy now, making possible for
him/her to procure a visual POV by vector intention. While in
theta-delta range occipitally (in back of the head) and frontally
(forehead), the regime is quite conducive and sensitive to one’s
vector-intention. But the trick is to not push it by inserting any
sort of effort into the mix. Effort of any kind means tension,
stress, and an instantaneous change in bioelectric cortico-
hemispheric regimes. Therefore, it is quite necessary to train
one’s nervous system to perform this transition by simultaneous
gentle vector-intention prodding and surrender to previous
training with Hemi-Synch binaural sounds. In ALL cases with
the groups of research fellows mentioned earlier, this
combination produced the needed and much sought-after
transition to visual point-of-view-manifest effortlessly.
The manifestation of a visual POV is the initialization of the
process of bringing the image of the targeted object before the
operator’s mind’s eye. To learn to transition in this stage from
an inability to generate a visual POV when needed to a state that
makes the resulting visual POV, we highly recommend the
Monroe Institute’s MIND FOOD CDs as means to acquiring
psychophysiologies that make possible the ability to strategically
generate a visual POV without ever using a verbal cue.
Generating a visual POV is just the initialization; the object of
doing so is to now place the image of the targeted object in the
midst of this visual point of view. This, too, will require some
internal learning, not difficult at all, but something that requires
concerted intention and practical application of the 1 => 2
strategy to (1) generate a visual POV, and (2) learn to visualize
and place the target object’s image in the POV.
Once the target’s image in the POV, we now can extend
awareness to the next act in the series.
173
A. R. BORDON
5
Activities 4 and 5 go hand-in-glove. Once the visualization of
the target’s image is at hand and the image is placed in the
location envisaged by the operator before starting, the operator
can then “lock on target.” In other words, the operator examines
every visual inch of the object and then stills the image as if he
were making a 3-D photo of the object. And now, he/she keeps
visual attention centered on the object’s image and deploys
kinesthetic attention (combination of body-sense and internal
sounds) to the waveguide, the “ride” needed, for the
sonobioelectrogravitic migration of energy from the vacuum-
plenum into spacetime. The “carrier” is, of course, sound.
Without the presence of sound, matter would not be able to form.
The operator’s shift to the body is to alert and engage all cells
to start their infrared signaling to establish an open cone to the
vacuum/plenum and open to the plenum all the information now
within him/her, such that the vacuum can “know’ the templaic
conformation of the object it must provide encoding energetics
when the demand instant is expressed. In other words, then the
operator expresses the energy from the vacuum through his/her
cells into the object’s matrix. But to accomplish it, the ‘sound of
creation” must play.
6
The “sounds of creation” may be generated in various,
ingenious ways, besides simply humming them. The most direct
way of getting this important element into the mix is, of course,
by humming the sounds. For those who are tone deaf, it would
then become necessary to generate and delivery the sound set
internally by electronic means. The one that has worked best for
the people in the groups with tone difficulties was bone
conduction means; in other words, we instructed them on how to
make their own “bonephones” instead of “earphones.” I am sure
that this would not represent an insurmountable problem for any
determined reader. Materials are available in electronic stores

And whether the sound is hummed or played on a synthesizer
matters little if the operator loses track of the internal kingdom
composed of the Kundalini energy stored in his/her thoracic and
ventral cavities, the visualized image of the target object, and the
catchy sound of the tetragrammaton all at the same time,
simultaneously and unabated. But if he or she maintained the
faith and kept the mind on all the balls up in the air, the moment
of reward nears. And the moment is the moment we chose to call
the adrenorgasmic burst.
The adrenorgasmic burst necessary is quasi-orgasmic In that
it begins at the Dantien between the hip bones and the pubic
bone and travels up the spine, over the head and when it reaches
the belly, the burst emanates from the forehead, the heart area,
and the belly simultaneously, making the energy stored become
the waveguide for the cells to transfer plenum energetics to the
spacetime location visualized in the operator’s POV – whether it
be the table in front, across the street, in the next room, or in
his/her hands matters not. The force of the burst needs to be at
the power level experienced in a great sexual orgasm and then
multiplied by a million.
To achieve this level of power, it is necessary to train the
body to acquire, store and sustain energetics that can be burst-
extruded on voiceless, wordless command. To train our research
fellows, we used a specialized Kundalini experience devised to
allow the group members to bend spoons and through biokinetic
entanglement move pieces of paper on a table, just to gain the

8.7. Practicum
Achievement of the first LEOM instant is actually more a
matter of practice and perseverance than luck or self-castigation.
As stated at the outset, belief does not enter anywhere in the
performance of the algorithm, unless one simply cannot handle
the cognitive consequences of actually performing LEOM. These
are the key reasons for the next piece in the puzzle: a practicum
wherein the operator learns to live with the idea, the performance
levels by approximation and the final achievement of the goal.
A practicum is a practice period of time at a chosen place. It
is a conscious activity brought under the control of one’s vector-
intention. It is a choice and the consequence of its performance
as chosen as well as of the product(s) derived from it. It also
means you perform a practicum, and the performance of the
practicum is the medium of the object of the practicum – much
like as if the practicum were the carrier wave of another (the

8.8. Finally
We come to the end of our part in your process. The
information is now in your hands. What are you going to do with
it? And what ethical and legal questions will you be facing in
your choice of targets and desires can only be faced by the
choices you make. And, as you may have already surmised,
much of what you have already read here have other applications
as well, just as LEOM is not just an on-demand phenomenon but
actually the basis of our creation of our individual and collective
reality.
LEOM, as an on-demand phenomenon, is as ancient as the
time when the perfect DNA appeared in 4-spacetime, and began
the panspermia of the universe. Human science at the start of the
21st century of the Common Era is at a threshold beyond its own
conception. We are as gifted as any other life form in the known
universe, more than some and less than others according to our
stage of biomind evolvement at this juncture of our common
history. We are also coming into our own, and the means to do
so are at hand. TIA, LERM, MPO and other technologies that
combine internal and external requisites and requirement assists
are part of an ancient patrimony that is not even native to this
galaxy. Yet we have it and we are beginning to sample its gifts
and goodies.
