I am writing (this letter) with regard to an International

flight that I missed because of a problem under
control.
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction
with an International flight that I missed due to several
reasons from your airline.

Last week, I travelled for an International business and

holiday. Unfortunetely, the flight has been deleyed for
three hours when I arrived at the airport. It happened
due to technical difficulty among company’s aircrafts.
As a result, I missed my flight from Jakarta to Sydney
and could not attend the business as well as my holiday
did not run as it was as scheduled.
