Objective: The objective of this training program is to


foster a culture of tolerance and understanding among
participants. By increasing awareness, empathy, and
communication skills, participants will develop the ability
to embrace diversity and handle conflicts in a respectful
and inclusive manner.

Duration: The training program will span over three days,


with each day consisting of different modules and
activities.

speakers from diverse backgrounds may be invited to
share their experiences and insights, providing real-life
examples of tolerance in action.
