Job Title:

One (1) GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AND REGIONAL AFFAIRS LEAD SPECIALIST


Government Relations and Regional Affairs Division (GRRAD), VisMin Group, Public Relations
Department

Reporting to the Government Relations and Regional Affairs Senior Supervisor, the successful candidate shall be in
charged with the implementation of the Department’s projects and programs on strategic relations and purposive
partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in identified area of responsibility (AOR), including Local
Government Units (LGUs) and local media, to advance NGCP’s corporate and public relations goals, maintain a
favorable public image for the Company, and ensure the smooth, timely, and efficient execution of initiatives in
accordance with set targets, commitment standards, and budget allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government Relations and Media Partnership Management – Implements strategies and initiatives in Area
of Responsibility (AOR) by establishing and strengthening purposive partnerships with LGUs, local media, and
other external stakeholders, to advance corporate goals, help ensure unhampered operations, and create a
positive influence on key decisions that affect the Company’s technical projects and assets.

• Program and Project Management – Executes the smooth, efficient, and timely implementation and
completion of the Department’s projects and programs in AOR within budget and applicable scope, and in
accordance with Corporate goals and directions set by the Department.

• Safety and Quality Management – Ensure that activities are fully-compliant with NGCP safety/quality
standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, and related fields.
• At least two (2) years of work experience in the field of Corporate communications, PR, marketing, media
relations.
• With Project Management background/training/experience
