The pandemic continues to challenge us personally and professionally. Second wave of Covid in India has ebbed and due to Govt
initiatives and reforms, business continues to be on sustainability path. However, the second wave in Indonesia continues to test us
as we keep making efforts to swim against the tide.

Cross-selling for business and benefit to all our entities should be our theme and is being followed by DMT Consulting Services
Division with different entities in the business working more coherently than ever. Hopefully remaining part of the year would see us
strive through the trying times.

Project Insights
Mining Plan and Feasibility Study for a Coal Block
Client has appointed DMT as their business partner on the subject for
geological reserve estimation & revalidation, preparation cum approval of
mine plan & mine closure plan, and other related works. DMT would also
cover benchmarking with other world class mines in feasibility study report.
Work has commenced.

Assistance in Compliance of Coal Mining Agreement for a Coal Mine
for a Mine Contractor
Work assigned is periodic in nature and DMT would help Client on regular
basis related to mine planning and compliance reporting / contractual
obligations as per the coal mining agreement (CMA). Team has submitted
the draft of financial schedule and geological model and is in regular
discussion with Client.

International Arbitration in Relation to a Bauxite Mine and Alumina
plant
Project based out of India, contracted to DMTUK with contribution by team
in India and associate experts from India. The hearing has just completed in
UK.

Study of Wet Grinding Filter Press Process for Improvement
Bagging another project related to productivity enhancement, DMT would
assist Client in studying the process and making recommendations in a view
to enhance the filtration capacity by 15-20% from the existing capacity.
Initial data is expected shortly, and a site visit is planned in a week time.

Basic Engineering of the Iron Ore Tailings Dewatering Circuit
DMTIN assisting DMTDE on the captioned assignment which includes peer
review of basic engineering documents for an iron ore tailings flirtation plant
in Chile. Team is on roll.

Preparation of Statutory Mining Plan and Mine Closure Plan
DMT has been engaged by the Client to revise the mining plan and mine
closure plan as per the latest guidelines issued by Ministry of Coal (MoC) in
May 2020 and further making a presentation to the MoC. Draft report
preparation is under progress and likely to submit shortly.

Comprehensive Stone Quarry Assessment Report
Client contracted DMT to study the stone quarries and recommending the
preferred quarries with estimation of the yield including suggesting tests as
necessary for this assessment. Addendum report has been submitted. Test
work likely to start which will lead to submission of final report.

Assistance in E-Auction for Iron ore blocks
DMT has won a few new projects for providing technical assistance for
participating in the e-auction of iron ore blocks which includes technical
review, risk assessment, financial assessment (CAPEX & OPEX) and
recommendation.

Review of GR, Approved Mining Plan & DFR for Coal Block
DMT has signed an agreement with Client on the subject. Compiled report
being reviewed and likely to be submitted by last week of September.

Operationalization/ Monetization of Gold Asset, India
The project includes legal review, asset valuation and financial due
diligence in formulating various options for revival and operationalization of
the gold asset. DMT recently submitted the final report and now working on
comments from the Client.

Borehole Geophysical Logging, India
DMT has been engaged for a multi-parameter geophysical logging of
boreholes in a coal block in Odisha for~51,000m; Meterage logged till date
is 36,057m (roughly 70%). Balance work in progress.

JORC Coal Resource and Reserves Statement in Central Kalimantan,
Indonesia
DMT updating Coal Resource and Reserves statement for their subsidiary
in accordance with JORC 2012 code. Final report expected shortly.

Transactional Advisory Services for Coal Block
Client has engaged DMT to prepare tender documents for selection of mine
operating contractor. Inception report has been submitted with other
milestone under progress.

Geophysical Data Interpretation Service
DMTIN together with DMTDE has recently awarded a contract in Mongolia
for carrying out data interpretation. The team is on the job for 2 blocks.

Commencement Plan, Feasibility Study and Mining Plan, India
DMT to carry out the technical consultancy services for the captioned task
for two coal blocks won by client in the recent auction. Commencement plan
& exploration plan has been submitted and currently involved in
accomplishing the other milestones.

Concurrent Audit of Iron Ore Mines, India
Client is a Bank funding couple of Iron Ore Mines of a private entity. Post
the disbursement of funds, the client has engaged DMT to provide
consultancy services for accounting audit of the mine. The assignment is
ongoing with submission of monthly reports and cashflow.
