Try going on a low histamine diet for a few weeks. It saved me. I had
I have had a chronic stuffy nose due to covid since October 2022. ENT says I have
plugged ears every day and if they weren’t plugged they itched. My
turbinate hypertrophy which means they are enlarged. I was told to use Flonase
sinuses were a mess. I went on low histamine diet for a couple weeks and it
which didn’t help. Now he has me using xhance which isn’t working either. I am
cleared it all up. Only issue was it came back as soon as I ate histamines
going for a ct scan and allergy test next month. Anyone else have this problem due
again. It’s like Covid makes us sensitive to histamines.
