② 料筒及螺杆材料均为 38 铬钼铝：38CrMoAl。
③ 料筒及螺杆表面氮化处理，氮化深度：0.5-0.7mm，调质硬度：HB260°-280°
 ④ 氮化脆性：小于二级。
