Exercise is important for our health, but are there things that are more important?

‘’Healthy living’’ essentially means a state when your both physical and mental health are in a
stability leading to well-functioning of body and mind in a person. Although, healthy living is
often felt as a long term process, but it is within our reach even if we start today. The Secret to
healthy living is not only restricted to having a ‘ strict diet ’ or moving yourself away from the
food and snacks you love to eat, but it is all about feeling energetic, maintaining good posture
and personality, and stabilizing your mood.
Firstly, it's undeniable that exercise is very important for our health. During exercise, human
body discharged sweat a lot and twice as many heart capacities was increased as its normal
conditions without exercise. But more than that it´s that we must considered that a health is more
than exercise, it´s food, it´s water. It´s balance.
In conclusion, human health is very important for all of us. Deciding to get good health is belong
to each person, chose the right exercise, eating health food, relaxing enough and balance work-
life as normal that is the most important key to all of us.
