DESCRIBE A PHYSICALLY FIT PERSON

Physically fit person can carry certain weights, they have more stamina and can
take in certain routines better than an unfit person. A person who is physically fit is
capable of performing and enjoying daily activities and a person who is able to perform
school works, meet home responsibilities, and still have enough energy to enjoy sport.
Also, keeping yourself calmed and relaxed helps you in being both mentally and bodily
fit to some extent. With the daily exercise and proper diet, a person can achieve a good
health and fitness. As I mentioned earlier that doing daily exercise makes you relaxed
and calm, not only it can make you feel relaxed and calmed but also makes you feel
free of stress and worries. Health and fitness are not only about physical appearance or
muscle but also about being internally, mentally and emotionally fit that will largely
influence your day to day lie or daily life. It is represent the two most important aspects
of our lives. Physically fit person is not about having abs, it is all about how quickly you
recover from a workout or some other kind of physical activity. Fitness can be achieved
by having nutritious food and engaging yourself in sport. Many of us feels boring to do
exercise but trust me, you will enjoy when you do exercise.
