RULES FOR PRELIMS
Participants must create an Anime
Music Video (AMV) using clips from any
Anime show of their choice in the
Prelims.
Participants are allowed to use clips
from multiple Anime shows if desired.
Any soundtrack or music may be used
for the AMV.
The duration of the AMV should be
precisely 1 minute.
Participants must upload their
completed AMV to YouTube as an
unlisted video.
Participants are required to send the
YouTube link of their AMV to
framefusion.dmmits@gmail.com.
Entries should be submitted no later
than 27th July’23, 11:59 PM (IST).
Each participant can submit only one
entry.
RULES FOR FINALS
Topics and additional materials
for the finals will be shared
through the Whatsapp Group and
Discord Channel on 1st August
2023
Participants must create a new
motion video based on the
provided topics or materials for
the finals.
The time limit for the final motion
video is 1 minute.
Participants will have a total of 3
hours to complete their final
video.
A window of 2.5 hours will be
given to upload the final video to
YouTube in unlisted mode.
Participants must send the
YouTube link of their final video

within the provided time frame.

based on the topic.
The topic will be revealed on the Whatsapp Group
and Discord Server on 27th July'23.
The website should consist of a minimum of 1
webpage.
Participants should upload the website folder on
Google Drive.
The Google Drive link to the website folder must
be emailed to codejam.dmmits@gmail.com by 31st
July'23.
Plagiarism in any form will result in instant
disqualification.
Additional information and updates will be shared
on the Official Whatsapp Group and Discord
Channel.
 RYTHM BLITZ

RULES FOR PRELIMS-
The official WhatsApp group and email will be
used to share the event's topics. On 3rd
August'23, participants will receive the topics
via both platforms.

may lead to immediate disqualification.

RULES FOR FINALS-
Participants are responsible for
bringing their own beat-making
equipment, such as laptops, MIDI
other necessary tools.
Participants will be allotted a specific
time limit to create and finalize their
beats during the event. The time limit
will be communicated to participants
before the event begins.
Beats should be saved in MP3 or WAV
format, and project files must be
organised appropriately.
Beats will be evaluated based on
originality, creativity, technical skill,
arrangement, and overall impact.
Non-compliance with the rules or
misconduct may lead to immediate
disqualification.
Participants retain the rights to their
beats, but the event organizers can
share and promote them for non-
commercial purposes.

RULES-
The topics will be shared through the official Whatsapp
group as well as mailed on 23rd July'23.
Participants should mail their presentation or .ppt file
with their names and their school names clearly on the
subject of the mail on slidesprint.official@gmail.com
Participants should submit the presentation by 29th July
July'23, as failure to submit to do so will result in
disqualification.
Participants’ presentation should have no more than 15
slides, failure to do so result in the deduction of the point.
The participants' presentations will be judged based on
the creativity and originality displayed in the manner in
which they present their content.
 BRush battle
Eligibility: IV-V
Participants per school 1

SOFTWARE TO BE USED:
• MS-Paint

Rules For Prelims-

Participants must create artwork using MS Paint software based on
the topics/materials provided.
Topics/Materials will be shared through the official school website
and will also be emailed on 28th July 2023 at 9:00 A.M IST.
Participants must use MS Paint software to create their artwork.
Other image editing software is not allowed.
A window of 24 hours will be given to all participants to complete
and submit their projects.
Participants must ensure that their artwork is completed and

submitted within the specified time limit. If the artwork is not sent
within the time limit, it will lead to disqualification.
Participants must submit their completed artwork via email to
brushbattle.dmmits@gmail.com by 29th July'23.

Rules For Finals-

Finals For Brush Battle Will Be held Offline (ONLY FOR DELHI NCR SCHOOLS)
on the school Premises and rules for the same will be conveyed then and
there only.
For schools outside Delhi NCR the final round would be conducted online
in the official Discord Server following the same time schedule.

Eligibility: Open
Participants per school: 1 team
(5 Players per team)

Game: Valorant By Riot Games

Dates: 29th July 2023 – 2nd August 2023 (Online)

Rules-
• Participants using unfair means will be immediately
disqualified.
• It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that all
equipment for gaming and stable internet connection
are available during the event. Team DMMITS will not be
accountable for any glitches that occur during the
tournament.
• Pairing of the teams will be random.
• Participants will be added in the official tournament
WhatsApp group and Discord Server.
• Match timings will be posted online on our official
WhatsApp Group and Discord Server.
• Custom Room ID/Password and instructions for joining
will be provided in the WhatsApp group.
• Tournament Brackets will be updated after every
face-off at Official DMMITS Instagram Page and Discord
Server
• Only 16 slots are available (first come first served
basis).
 Metal Wars
Eligibility: VIII-XII
Participants per school: 2

Rules-
One Robo per school is allowed.
Size of Robo - 2 x 1.5 x 1.5 foot (max).
Weight of Robo 15 kg MAX.
Robos may be equipped with weapons
(without acids and fire).
Only 220 V power supply would be
provided by the school.
Fighting rules will be announced on the
spot. Decision of the judges will be final
and binding.
Operating voltage of the Robo should not
be more than 24V.

Note-
MetalWars is an offline event and will be
held on school premises.

Eligibility: VIII-XII
Participants per school: 2

Rules-
The official WhatsApp group and email will be used to
share the event's topics. On 23rd July 2023, participants
will receive the topics via both platforms.
Each participant must submit a short commercial video in
MP4/M4A/MOV format.
The video should be sent to the email address
advertaces.dmmits@gmail.com no later than 5th August
2023.
The commercial should be submitted within the specified
time limit of 30 sec. Failure to do so will result in
disqualification.
Participants should also send the process of making the
commercial in the form of a video as well.

Rules for presenting-

Presentation of ADVERT ACES Will Be held Offline (ONLY FOR
DELHI NCR SCHOOLS) on the school Premises.
For schools outside Delhi NCR the final round would be
conducted online in the official Discord Server following
the same time schedule.
 Graphica
Eligibility: Open
Participants per school: 1
SOFTWARE TO BE USED:
• MS-Paint

Rules-
The topic will be shared on Discord and mailed to the
teacher in charge of the participants 2 days before
the competition. Participants have to come on the 10th
August 23 and have to create their artwork on the
spot.
The artwork must be completed within the specified
time frame, as failure to submit within that period will
result in disqualification.
Participants should write their names and their school
names clearly on their artwork’s PNG file which
should be saved on the given computer’s desktop.

Rules-
Topics/Material will be shared through the official school
website and will also be mailed on 4th august 2023 at 9:00 am.
A window of 1.5 hours to complete the project and 30 minutes
for submission of their project will be given to all participants.
If the project is not submitted within the time limit, then it will
lead to disqualification.
You have to submit the finished file in both .jpeg /.png and .psd
format on picsl.dmmits@gmail.com
Material will be provided, use of any external material will
lead to disqualification.

Rules For Finals-
