GENERAL GUIDELINES Z3NITH’23

Z3NITH: A high school contest that elicits students to demonstrate their aptitude in various domains.
Social innovation, scientific discovery, aesthetic expression and entrepreneurship: Z3NITH furnishes a
platform for students to actualize their creativity and potential. Z3NITH surpasses a contest; it is
a voyage of edification and progression. Let’s get ‘Back to the Future’ to experience the past which
ignites the present and forges the future.

• Z3NITH’23 will be a hybrid event. The online and offline events are scheduled to be held on July 15 -
16 and July 21, 2023 respectively.
• On the day of the offline event, the participants are required to reach the school by 08:30 AM in
their school uniform. The host school will not be providing any transport facilities.
• Participants taking part in offline events are required to carry a consent form signed by their
teacher in-charge.
• For offline events, due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, we advise everyone to wear masks and maintain
social distancing when their event is not taking place.
• Schools are requested to register only once through the Google Forms link provided above.
• Online Registrations will be done on a “first come, first served” basis.
• Each school must ensure that they register only one team per event.
• Registrations will close on July 15, 2023 at 12 Noon.
• The contact number of the teacher in-charge provided in the registration form will be added to the
official WhatsApp group once the registrations are closed. The organisers will be conveying all
important notifications regarding Z3NITH in that group.
• At the same time, registered participants can join our Discord server to receive notifications.
Please note, the minimum age to access Discord is thirteen so students studying in eighth grade or
lower are exempted from joining the server.
• Our Website and Instagram handle would be posting updates regularly as well.
• The schedule should be strictly adhered to. No special arrangements will be provided if the
participants surpass a deadline or report late.
• All submissions are to be made to the official email address, futurz.afgji@gmail.com. Please mention
the school name and event name as the subject of the email and the names of the participants along
with their classes as the content of the email.

GENERAL GUIDELINES Z3NITH’23

• The submission deadline for various competitions has been specified on the respective event pages.
• Submissions must not violate any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights,
trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity; contain defamatory statements; include threats
to any person, place, business, or group; or be obscene, explicit or indecent.
• Decisions of the organisers and jury members regarding any proceeding related to Z3NITH’23 will be
final and binding on all schools and participants.
• In all events except Arcade, participating schools will be competing for first and second position
while the gaming event would have only one winner.
• Results will be announced in the prize distribution ceremony in school on July 21, 2023 at 12:15 PM.
• Event winners will be felicitated with the prizes and merit certificates in the prize distribution
ceremony at the school venue. If they cannot make it to the ceremony, the prizes and certificates
will be sent to their school by August 10, 2023.
• Each participant will receive a participation certificate.
• The participation certificates for the ONLINE events will be mailed to the official email ID of the
participating school that had been provided during registration, while the participation certificates
of the OFFLINE events will be handed over on the same day.
• Although the host school will be participating, they will not be competing for the overall trophy,
the Z3NITH CUP.

REVARK It’s time for change!

RULES:
Participants are requested to join the Z3NITH’23 Discord server
before 01:30 PM (July 15) with their real names.

ELIMINATION ROUND 1 (LIVE @ DISCORD) (JULY 15)


• The themes along with the sub-themes will be launched at 02:15
PM following a briefing session at 02:00 PM.
• Participants need to choose any one sub-theme from the main
theme.
• At 02:45 PM, a short questionnaire concerning the problem
event_details.txt statements will be posted. It is to be filled by the
representative of each team by 04:00 PM.
• The list of schools that have qualified will be announced by
MODE 06:00 PM.

Online + Offline ELIMINATION ROUND 2 (LIVE @ DISCORD) (JULY 15 - 16)


• In this round, participants have to innovate following brand
assets (Logos, Colour Palette, Typography etc.) and promotional
material that aligns with their approach to solving the

• A Google form will be posted at 07:15 PM (July 15) wherein the
Team of 2 participants need to submit a Google Drive link. Please ensure
the link is accessible to EVERYONE. The Google Forms link will
be closed at 08:00 AM (July 16).
• Any kind of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
CLASS • The list of schools qualified for the presentation round would
be released by 02:00 PM (July 16).
IX-XII
PRESENTATION ROUND (OFFLINE @ CHANAKYA HALL) (JULY 21)
• Top 8 schools will be given the opportunity to present their
artefact/prototype to the jury.
VENUE • The event will be held offline in Chanakya Hall at 08:30 AM.

concept, belief and/or recent happening related to technology
on Futurz Club’s Instagram stories until July 15.
• The participants would have to write and perform an original
Stand-Up of 3-4 minutes based on their interpretation of the
resources provided in front of a live audience.
• Participating schools must ensure that the material does NOT
contain any defamatory statements; include threats to any
person, place, business or group; or be obscene, explicit or

TURTLE TROT G20 Flag Challenged Unleashed!

RULES:
• For Turle Trot, only 20 teams would be allowed to register on
“first come, first served” basis.
• Each team will be provided with facts related to a G20 country.
The team has to guess the country and design its flag and ONE
peculiar feature related to the country on KTurtle within ONE
hour.

RE-TEASE-TRO Get Nostalgic with Cinematic Experience!

RULES:
• Participants have to create a teaser/trailer of any one of the
listed classic movies:
1. Hera Pheri
2. Sholay
3. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge
4. The Great Dictator
5. Baazigar
6. Mr. India
• The team should shoot the clips of the movie portion they want,

should be negligible (if extremely necessary, then 3-5 seconds
clips can be taken).
MODE • The trailer/teaser should be short and crisp which should be
able to gather the interest of the audience towards watching

• Participants can use any watermark-free software to create the
video but the voiceover (if any) should be of the participants

RULES:
• Participants have to rebrand any one popular modern day
contemporary brand out of the ones that will be released on
our Instagram page on July 10, 10:00 PM as a brand from the
1980s/90s.
• The submission would be a brand presentation that should

palette, a mood board that showcases your inspiration and a
newspaper advertisement mockup. The presentation is expected to

format alongside all the .PSD/.AI files into a Google Drive

ARCADE No tokens needed, just bring your Tenz

RULES:
• The event will span over two days, that is, July 15 - 16, 2023.
• In the qualifiers, ONE participant from each team will have
to play a Battle Royal game in Fortnite to qualify for the
Valorant tournament.
• Top 16 teams from the first round will qualify for the Valorant
tournament.
• All the matches in the Valorant tournament will be 5v5
knockouts except the final match, which will be the best of
three.

Guidelines. Only the registered participants would get access
to the gaming channel after verification. Participants are

Online (LIVE) • The schedule of the tournament will be laid out in advance on
the Discord server itself.
• The use of any kind of hack, cheats and/or aimbot is strictly
prohibited.
PARTICIPANTS • Any kind of inappropriate behaviour at any point during and/
or before the tournament will not be tolerated and lead to
