BINARY BRAIN TEASERS EVENT MODE - ONLINE.

A Cryptic Hunt through Computer Science Riddles (Treasure Hunt)

About the event:

Decode the riddles to unravel secrets : solve puzzles , crack codes, uncover treasure ! Are you prepared
to decode the mysteries of the digital universe? Join us on a quest through 'Binary Brain Teasers,' where
each clue leads you deeper into the realm of computer science riddles. Can you crack the code and
unravel the secrets hidden within the cryptic hunt?

Rules & Regulations

It is a group event comprising a minimum of 2 members and maximum of 4 members.

There will be no such ending time of the event. The winner will be based on a first come first serve
basis.
The first cryptic message will be distributed through a link after which the rest of the cryptic
messages will pop up as and when you solve each one of them.
Violating the rules and usage of unfair means will lead to straight disqualification of the group.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

UI MARVELS EVENT MODE - ONLINE.

SOLO UI MASTERY (UI UX DESIGN EVENT)

About the event:

"UI MARVELS: SOLO UI MASTERY” is an electrifying technical event where individual participants
showcase their creative prowess through mobile user interface (UI) art. Contestants will compete in
crafting visually captivating and user-friendly UI designs tailored exclusively for mobile platforms.
Participants will have the opportunity to exhibit their skills by designing various UI elements, including
splash screens, login interfaces, navigation menus, and interactive widgets. Emphasis will be placed
on both the aesthetic appeal and the user experience of the designs. The event will be conducted using
popular design tools and software suitable for mobile UI design.

Rules & Regulations

Originality: All submissions must be original work created by the participant. Plagiarism or
unauthorized use of copyrighted material will result in disqualification.
Theme Compliance: Submissions must adhere to the specified theme of the event. Any deviations
may lead to disqualification.
Technical Specifications: Artwork must meet the specified technical requirements for submission,
including file format, resolution, and size limits.
Submission Deadline: Participants must submit their entries before the specified deadline. Late
submissions will not be considered.
Language and Content: Submissions must be appropriate for all audiences, free from offensive
language, explicit content, or sensitive material.
Eligibility: Participants must meet the specified eligibility criteria, such as age restrictions or
geographical limitations, to participate in the event.
 Ownership and Usage Rights: By submitting their work, participants grant the event organizers the
right to use, reproduce, and display the artwork for promotional purposes. However, participants
retain ownership of their work.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated based on criteria such as creativity, technical skill,
adherence to the theme, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Fair Play: Participants must not engage in any form of cheating, manipulation, or unethical behavior
to gain an unfair advantage. Such actions will result in immediate disqualification.
Decisions Final: All decisions made by the event organizers, including judging results and rule
interpretations, are final and binding. Participants agree to abide by these decisions without
dispute.

About the event:

skills and unleash a wave of laughter with our Tech Meme Extravaganza. From Python puns to binary
banter, this event invites participants to crack jokes, tickle funny bones, and create memes that
capture the essence of technology and coding culture. Whether you're a seasoned developer or a tech
enthusiast, join us for a hilarious journey into the lighter side of the digital realm. Bring your A-game
and let's turn lines of code into lines of laughter!"

Rules & Regulations

It is an individual based event.

It's a submission based event.
There will be a starting and an ending time after which the submissions won't be entertained.
The participants will be informed about the platform of the submission.
The meme should be submitted in a jpeg format.
It is a theme based event and the theme will be provided to the participants on the spot.
All submitted memes must be original creations of the participant. Plagiarism or unauthorized use
of copyrighted material should be strictly prohibited. It will lead to straight disqualification.
Participants are requested not to use vulgar content. If observed, it will lead to disqualification.
The participants will be judged based on creativity, originality, visual appeal, usability, adherence to
the theme and technical proficiency.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

LAST MAN STANDING TOURNAMENT EVENT MODE - OFFLINE

It is a gaming event and here we are specific to BGMI.

Rules & Regulations

It is both an individual as well as group based event.

The maximum number of participants for a group is 4.
There will be a starting and an ending time after which the participants won't be allowed to play.
The participant should be more than 14 yrs of age. Any participant below this age won't be allowed
to participate.
The format of the tournament, including the number of rounds, matches and game modes will be
clearly stated before the event commences.
Specific in-game settings or configurations will be clearly mentioned to participants before the
event commences which they should adhere to.
Cheating, hacking, exploiting glitches or using unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
Violating the rules will result in straight disqualification.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
CODE RUSH EVENT MODE - OFFLINE

CODING PUZZLE

About the event:

Get ready to test your coding skills in the Code Rush! Race against the time to solve missing lines of
code and tricky syntax puzzles. Can you become the Code Rush champion by reaching the finish line
before the clock runs out?

It is an individual based event.

There will be 3 rounds in this event. After every round, the participant having the least number of
scores will be eliminated and in the last round the winners will be decided based on the highest
score.
There will be a starting and ending time for each of the rounds after which the submissions won't be
entertained.
Each line of code must be original. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.
Cheating, hacking, exploiting glitches or using unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
Violating the rules and results will result in a straight disqualification.
Participants should not attempt to disrupt the event or sabotage other participants.
Participants should maintain the code of conduct which includes promoting respect inclusivity and
professionalism.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

It is an individual based event.

The total time limit is 1 hour.
It is a theme based event. The theme will be given on the spot.
The drawing must not include words, national flags or slogans.
All submissions must be original work created by the participants. Plagiarism will result in
disqualification.
Participants should not attempt to disrupt the event or sabotage other participants.
Profane or offensive cartooning will be disqualified.
The drawing must not represent any particular individual, organization or brand name and must
not depict any religious theme.

razor sharpness. Exclusively for students from grades 9 to 12 and college, TechDebate: Minds Forge is
not just a debate event—it's a crucible of innovation, challenge, and intellectual prowess.

Rules & Regulations

Team Selection: Teams of 2-3 members will be carefully chosen to ensure diversity of skills and
expertise.
Dynamic Topics: Instead of predetermined topics, teams will face a wheel of fortune-style selection
process where they spin to determine their debate topic from a wide array of cutting-edge tech
issues.
Debate Formats: Teams will engage in various debate formats, including:
Lightning Debates: 90 seconds per team for rapid-fire arguments and counter-arguments.
Tech Dilemma: Teams must argue both sides of a tech-related ethical dilemma, showcasing their

Event mode - Offline.

It is both an individual/group based event.
The theme will be provided to the participants through a whatsapp group.
The participants will be given 2 days to make the model and submit. It's a submission based event.
 Each participant can submit a maximum of 2 models and a minimum of 1 model.
All the models should be original creations of the participant.
Each participant while submitting the model, should also submit a small description about the
model in not more than 100 words The description should be written in an chart paper and it should
be handwritten.
Participants should conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when they are in
the venue.
Violating the rules will result in straight disqualification.

SHUTTER STORIES EVENT MODE - ONLINE.

Exploring Perspectives" (PHOTOGRAPHY)

About the event:

"Shutter Stories: Exploring Perspectives" invites photographers to delve into the myriad viewpoints of
the world around them. From unique angles to diverse subjects, this competition challenges
participants to capture compelling narratives through their lens, showcasing the beauty and
complexity of different perspectives.

Rules & Regulations

It is an individual based event.

The theme will be provided to the participants through a whatsapp group.
The participants will be given a time period of 1 day to click the photo and submit.
Each participant can submit a maximum of 1 photograph. The entire photograph can be in a
collage format as well.
All the photographs should be original creations of the participant.
The photograph should be in a jpeg format.
Each participant while submitting the photograph, should also submit a small description about
the same in not more than 100 words. The description should be written in an A4 paper and it
should be handwritten.
The judgment will be based on creativity, originality, technical skills, composition and should be
relevant to the theme provided.
Violating the rules will result in straight disqualification.
The decision of the artist will be final and binding.

AI PIONEERS EVENT MODE - OFFLINE

Shaping the Future (START-UP IDEA PITCH WITH AI TOOLS)

About the event:

Step into the future with “AI Pioneers: Shaping the Future”, an event designed for startups to
understand the impact of AI tools on various sectors. Engage in thought-provoking discussions,
witness state-of-the-art demonstrations, and get motivated to transform your startup idea into a
successful venture.

Rules & Regulations

This event invites participants to present their innovative startup ideas that leverage A.I. tools.
This is an individual event. Each participant will compete independently.
Event Structure : The event will be conducted in two rounds.
Round 1 : Participants are required to submit their startup ideas in a Word document. The document
should not exceed 500 words. The platform for submission will be communicated later. Only the
ideas selected in this round will proceed to the next round.
Round 2 : This round involves pitching the selected ideas. Each participant will be given a total of 10
minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A) to present their ideas. For this round,
participants are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum of 6 slides.
 Plagiarism : Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification. The submitted article
should be original and not sourced from the internet.
Judging Criteria : The ideas will be evaluated based on their viability, innovation, impact, feasibility,
and the quality of the presentation.
Rule Violation : Any violation of the rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Final Decision : The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
The decision of the artist will be final and binding.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1) All participants must register by the specified deadline, which is 13th April, 2024.

2) Participants must carry and present authentic ID cards issued by their respective
institutions or organizations.

3) The participants are required to bring their own devices i.e., Laptop/ Mobile with a good
internet connection.

4) The reporting time for all the participants is 9:00 a.m. Participants entering the campus
after the mentioned time will not be entertained.

5) Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times and respect
towards fellow participants, organizers, and judges.

6) Participants must be in a good attire.

7) Participants must adhere to the schedule provided for each event, including reporting
times, presentation slots, and breaks.

8) All submissions, presentations, and solutions must be original work created by the
participants or their teams. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

9) The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team
found guilty of misconduct, violation of rules, or unethical behavior.

10) The judge’s decision is final and binding.
