to decode the mysteries of the digital universe? Join us on a quest through 'Binary Brain Teasers,' where
each clue leads you deeper into the realm of computer science riddles. Can you crack the code and
unravel the secrets hidden within the cryptic hunt?
"UI MARVELS: SOLO UI MASTERY” is an electrifying technical event where individual participants
showcase their creative prowess through mobile user interface (UI) art. Contestants will compete in
crafting visually captivating and user-friendly UI designs tailored exclusively for mobile platforms.
Participants will have the opportunity to exhibit their skills by designing various UI elements, including
splash screens, login interfaces, navigation menus, and interactive widgets. Emphasis will be placed
on both the aesthetic appeal and the user experience of the designs. The event will be conducted using
popular design tools and software suitable for mobile UI design.
Originality: All submissions must be original work created by the participant. Plagiarism or
unauthorized use of copyrighted material will result in disqualification.
Theme Compliance: Submissions must adhere to the specified theme of the event. Any deviations
may lead to disqualification.
Technical Specifications: Artwork must meet the specified technical requirements for submission,
including file format, resolution, and size limits.
Submission Deadline: Participants must submit their entries before the specified deadline. Late
submissions will not be considered.
Language and Content: Submissions must be appropriate for all audiences, free from offensive
language, explicit content, or sensitive material.
Eligibility: Participants must meet the specified eligibility criteria, such as age restrictions or
geographical limitations, to participate in the event.
Ownership and Usage Rights: By submitting their work, participants grant the event organizers the
right to use, reproduce, and display the artwork for promotional purposes. However, participants
retain ownership of their work.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated based on criteria such as creativity, technical skill,
adherence to the theme, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Fair Play: Participants must not engage in any form of cheating, manipulation, or unethical behavior
to gain an unfair advantage. Such actions will result in immediate disqualification.
Decisions Final: All decisions made by the event organizers, including judging results and rule
interpretations, are final and binding. Participants agree to abide by these decisions without
dispute.

TECHNICAL DEBATE
Welcome to TechDebate: Minds Forge, where the fires of intellect are stoked and minds are honed to
razor sharpness. Exclusively for students from grades 9 to 12 and college, TechDebate: Minds Forge is
not just a debate event—it's a crucible of innovation, challenge, and intellectual prowess.
Team Selection: Teams of 2-3 members will be carefully chosen to ensure diversity of skills and
expertise.
Dynamic Topics: Instead of predetermined topics, teams will face a wheel of fortune-style selection
process where they spin to determine their debate topic from a wide array of cutting-edge tech
issues.
Debate Formats: Teams will engage in various debate formats, including:
Lightning Debates: 90 seconds per team for rapid-fire arguments and counter-arguments.
Tech Dilemma: Teams must argue both sides of a tech-related ethical dilemma, showcasing their
versatility and critical thinking.
Case Study Analysis: Teams dissect real-world tech case studies and present their findings and
recommendations.
Time Allotments: Time limits for each debate round will vary, adding an element of unpredictability
and challenge.
Judging Criteria: Judges will evaluate teams based on depth of analysis, persuasiveness, creativity,
and ability to think on their feet.
Watchful Guardians: Experienced faculty members will oversee each debate round, ensuring

of the honor code will result in immediate disqualification.

"Shutter Stories: Exploring Perspectives" invites photographers to delve into the myriad viewpoints of
the world around them. From unique angles to diverse subjects, this competition challenges
participants to capture compelling narratives through their lens, showcasing the beauty and
complexity of different perspectives.
Step into the future with “AI Pioneers: Shaping the Future”, an event designed for startups to
understand the impact of AI tools on various sectors. Engage in thought-provoking discussions,
witness state-of-the-art demonstrations, and get motivated to transform your startup idea into a
successful venture.
This event invites participants to present their innovative startup ideas that leverage A.I. tools.
This is an individual event. Each participant will compete independently.
Event Structure : The event will be conducted in two rounds.
Round 1 : Participants are required to submit their startup ideas in a Word document. The document
should not exceed 500 words. The platform for submission will be communicated later. Only the
ideas selected in this round will proceed to the next round.
Round 2 : This round involves pitching the selected ideas. Each participant will be given a total of 10
minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A) to present their ideas. For this round,
participants are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum of 6 slides.
Plagiarism : Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification. The submitted article
should be original and not sourced from the internet.
Judging Criteria : The ideas will be evaluated based on their viability, innovation, impact, feasibility,
and the quality of the presentation.
Rule Violation : Any violation of the rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Final Decision : The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
The decision of the artist will be final and binding.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
1) All participants must register by the specified deadline, which is 13th April, 2024.
2) Participants must carry and present authentic ID cards issued by their respective
institutions or organizations.
3) The participants are required to bring their own devices i.e., Laptop/ Mobile with a good
internet connection.
4) The reporting time for all the participants is 9:00 a.m. Participants entering the campus
after the mentioned time will not be entertained.
5) Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times and respect
towards fellow participants, organizers, and judges.
7) Participants must adhere to the schedule provided for each event, including reporting
times, presentation slots, and breaks.
8) All submissions, presentations, and solutions must be original work created by the
participants or their teams. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
9) The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team
found guilty of misconduct, violation of rules, or unethical behavior.
