1. What’s the event?

It is a national level designing competition where participants

have to style a descriptive illustration based on any of the given
themes. The themes are based on how technology is
empowering our world. This contest will give you a chance to
imagine and think out of the box and give a shape to your vision.

2. Who are the Organisers?

De’Vision is an initiative of Model Club, BIT Sindri, Dhanbad,
Jharkhand. We are an independent student body of the only
state government engineering college of Jharkhand. We are also
known for organising the official tech-fest of the college,
“Sandhaan”.

3. Who can participate?

Anyone who’s imaginative and motivated enough to give a
shape to his/her vision is free to participate.
There’s no boundation of degree or level of education.

4. How to register?
The registrations will start from 23rd September, 2020 on D2C
(DareToCompete). On the official site of D2C, participants can
 view in the all the details about the event and can register
themselves through the registration link.

5. Deadlines:
The registration and submission for the event will end on 30th
September, 2020.

6. Rules and Regulations

▪ Participants can design their illustrations using any software of
their choice.
▪ Example: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign,
CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.
▪ Participants need to submit a caption encapsulating their
illustration.
▪ Dimensions of the illustration:
▪ 1600*1200 (landscape)
▪ 1200*1600(Portrait)
▪ Judgment will be made based on the participant’s creativity,
imaginative aspect, techniques/skills applied, viewer reception,
originality of illustration and relevance to the theme.
▪ Submission of the poster should be done in .jpeg/.jpg or .png
format.
▪ The subject of the file should be “Name of the
participant”_”Institution Name.”
▪ Example: RahulPandey_XYZ
▪ Failure in the submission of the illustration under the mentioned
dimension and format would lead to disqualification.
▪ The use of any international/national logos or taglines is
prohibited to represent the idea.
