1.) In the IDEA Workbook, complete exercises on pgs. 24-48 (through 2e) and 77-101 (beginning
with Exercise 2M).
2.) In the case, complete Questions 2 and 4a-c.
a. Use the “Teaching Notes” provided.

c. For Questions 4b & c, use what you have already learned as well as the instructions to
complete the questions. One correction: on the instructions for 4b&c, page 3, for the
line “Keep the following fields”, add in credit limit as well.
d. At the end of 4b&c, analyze the result you get from “Look for cases where
TotalDue_Sum>Creditlimit” and provide a one paragraph discussion. What do these
results mean? How would you follow up on these results?
e. Also turn in screen shots for the end results of Questions 2, 4a, and 4b&c.
