ON VACCINATIONS: 

CFS is STRONGLY recommending, but not formally requiring, vaccinations for all age-eligible students
and faculty, while following any/all legal, religious, and medical exemptions, should they apply. 

With this, we are proud to announce that we will be having our school as vaccination site exclusively for
our CFS learners and their families.

WHAT: RESBAKUNA (PFIZER)

WHO: FOR KIDS 5-11 years old (FIRST DOSE)

FOR 12-17 years old (FIRST OR SECOND DOSE)

BOOSTER DOSE FOR 18 years old and above (AT LEAST 3 MONTHS
AFTER THE LAST DOSE)

WHERE: CFS Amphitheater

WHEN: APRIL 8, 2022 FRIDAY 8:00 TO 10:00 AM

IMPORTANT: Please bring your child’s birth certificate for identification. (For kids 5-17 years old)

Medical certification is required in children with immunocompromised conditions or

comorbidities.

For First dose 18 years old and above: Bring Valid ID.

For booster dose: Please bring with you your vaccination card.

We are pleased to announced that we will be having our RESBAKUNA Day in our beloved school. With
this, we are encouraging you to have CFSians ages 5-11 years old and 12-17 years old to receive their
COVID vaccine on April 8, 2022, Friday from 8-10 AM at CFS Amphitheatre!
