Đề: In many countries, major cities become too big and overcrowded.

Why is
this? How can we reduce the problems?
—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Brainstorm:
Cause:
+ In terms of job opportunities, the general public tends to migrate to the big
cities where they can find better-paid jobs or have chances to work in large
corporations
Explanation: Almost countryside jobs are related to agriculture or manual labor,
therefore, the desire of earning a better living by working in prestigious companies
makes a lot of people want to come to big cities. This leads to the urban population
explosion and the authority have to sprawl the town.
+ Besides, most quality public facilities such as hospitals and schools are
located in the center of the metropolitan so moving to a large city would be
more convenient for local life.
Explanation: When rural people face serious health problems, they often have to
catch a bus or a train to get to the big hospital in the city which would take an
amount of time. And this is very inconvenient for some patients as they have to be
re-examined several times. This is also the reason why the public prefers living in
major metropolitan to suburbs.

Solutions:
+ First of all, the authority should allocate more funding for organizations in
order to encourage them open more departments in rural areas, therefore, the
local inhabitants can reach more employment opportunities. Besides, the
government should give some assistance to impoverished people through
monthly grants or taxes discount.
+ In terms of public facilities, there would be inspectors who will check the
quality monthly in order to ensure public safety as well as give the best
experience for the general.

It is argued that metropolitans are expanding rapidly and surrounded by a lot
of people. There are several causes of this trend, but measures can be taken to
tackle this problem.
There are two main reasons why major cities are becoming larger and more
overcrowded. Firstly, in terms of job opportunities, the general public tends to
migrate to the big rural area where they can find better-paid jobs or have chances
to work in large corporations. Almost countryside occupations are related to
agriculture or manual labor, therefore, the desire of earning a better living by
working in prestigious companies makes a lot of people want to move to large
cities. This leads to the urban population explosion so the authority has to sprawl
the town in order to divide enough accommodations for inhabitants. Besides, most
quality public facilities such as hospitals or schools are located in the center of
metropolitans so moving to big cities would be more convenient for individuals.
When rural people face serious health problems, they often have to catch a bus or a
train to get to the big hospital in the city and the commuting would take an amount
of time. And this would be inconvenient for some people as they have to be re-
examined several times so living in a major rural area would enable them to reach
these amenities easier.
To solve this problem, there are several ways that could be taken into
consideration. First of all, the authority should allocate more funding to
organizations in order to encourage them open more local departments, therefore,
the locals can reach more employment opportunities. In addition, the government
should give some assistance to impoverished individuals through monthly grants or
taxes discount. Finally, for public facilities, there would be inspectors who will
check the quality monthly to ensure public safety as well as give the best
experience for the local inhabitants.
In conclusion, the fore-mentioned points demonstrate that because there are many
potential employment chances and superior amenities in metropolitans, the general
public tends to migrate to large urban and this leads to urban sprawl. However, this
problem could possibly be solved by putting two approaches into practice.
