Dear Manager of Resort Osaka Village Resort Đà Lạt

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided during my family's recent stay at
your resort. We had high expectations for our vacation in Da Lat and were excited to stay at your resort,
but unfortunately, our experience fell short.

To begin with, the room we were assigned was not up to the standard we expected. The furniture was
outdated, the air conditioning was not working properly, and there was no hot water in the bathroom.
Additionally, we found that the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.

Moreover, we were disappointed with the attitude of some of your staff members. They seemed
disinterested and unhelpful when we approached them with any concerns or requests. We also noticed
that the restaurant was understaffed, leading to long wait times for food.

In light of these issues, I would like to suggest that you review and improve the quality of your rooms
and ensure that they are properly maintained. Additionally, you may consider hiring more staff
members for the restaurant to improve the overall dining experience for your guests.

I hope that you will take our feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to
ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable stay at your resort.
