Suggested Daily Routine — 80 minutes OWT

7:00am EAT #1
8:20am NAP #1 I Limit nap to 1 hour 30 minutes
9:50am EAT #2
11:10am NAP #2 I Limit nap to 1 hour 30 minutes
12:40pm EAT #3
2:00pm NAP #3 I Limit nap to 1 hour 30 minutes
3:30pm EAT #4
4:50pm NAP #4 I Limit nap to 1 hour
5:50pm EAT #5 I Can happen after bath if need be
6:20pm BATH
7:00pm BEDTIME I Exclusively breastfeeding mom can nurse again before bed
10:30pm DREAMFEED #6 I Can be any time between 10-11pm

• Breastfeeding mom can add feeds throughout the day to maintain supply and ensure full daytime feeds.
• At some point this month, you can drop the dreamfeed if baby is consistently sleeping through the night.
• To drop the dreamfeed, slowly move it back by 15 minutes each evening (closer to bedtime), and as
long as you don’t see a nighttime disruption, keep moving it back each night until you reach 9:00pm
and then just pull the feed on night, and keep the faith!

Suggested Daily Routine — 80 minutes OWT with 6:00am Start of the Day

When baby first sleeps through the night, it will be from the dreamfeed until 6am.
Use this routine to get your day back on track.

7:20am NAP #1 I Limit nap to 1 hour 45 minutes
9:05am EAT #2
10:25am NAP #2 I Limit nap to 1 hour 45 minutes
12:10pm EAT #3
1:40pm NAP #3 I Limit nap to 1 hour 45 minutes
3:15pm EAT #4
4:35pm NAP #4 I Limit nap to 1 hour 15 minutes
5:50pm EAT #5 I Can happen after bath if need be
6:20pm BATH
