Introduction
This paper explains group project charter part 2 with detailed high-level deliverables in WBS
format of the selected project (Build your box) and the project schedule in table format as well
as in Gantt Chart. Additionally, the project’s realistic budget, milestones, and acceptance
criteria.

Project Milestones

• Almost every participant completed the night in the cardboard city.

Project Acceptance criteria:
• Successful completion of the project within the allocated time and budget
• Recruitment of at least 20 participants and collection of registration fees
• Acquisition of sufficient building materials for all participants
• Successful construction of cardboard city, with all participants having a shelter
to sleep in
• Safe and secure environment for all participants
• Successful completion of the night in cardboard city, with all participants
remaining until morning
• Successful donation of proceeds to the local homeless shelter.

Conclusion
Identifying and completing each phase of the project leads to its success. With the help of Jira
software, the task, and its assigned ones gets a complete understanding of how the project is to
be done.
