AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, CESAR F. TAGALA, JR., of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Tetuan, Zamboanga City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and say, that:

1. I am the Administration Assistant II of National Bureau of Investigation,

Zamboanga City with Office address at Corcuera Street, Zamboanga City.

2. Recently, I applied for Electricity connection for my residence at Villa Teresa

Homes Guiwan, this city with Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative
(ZAMCELCO) at Putik Zamboanga City;

3. However, Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative (ZAMCELCO) revealed to me

that a certain CESAR E. TAGALA previously applied for electricity connection
and a consumer up to this time;

4. I hereby attest to the fact that I am not the same person who previously applied
for Electricity connection with ZAMCELCO under the name of CESAR E.
TAGALA;

5. I make these statements under oath and in good faith in order to establish the
fact that CESAR F. TAGALA, JR., and CESAR E. TAGALA are not one and the
same person.

6. I execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts based on
personal knowledge and authentic records in compliance with the requirement of
Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative, Incorporated (ZAMCELCO) for the
application of Electricity connection;
