Introduction
Covid-19 epidemic is causing great disruptions to live and livelihoods, as well as to social and
economic systems around the world, and it is trembling the global economy. The virus is
extremely contagious and has spread unevenly throughout the entire world without exception.
However, Covid-19 is much more than just serious health concern. It is a systemic shock with
significant short medium and lg term effects. The virus had caused a significant short term
economic recession, numerous large and small business to close, tens of millions of people lose
their jobs and other impacts on company operations. Small and medium sizes business can and
should play a significant role in preventing the rate of unemployment, poverty, and food
insecurity from continuing to climb at any time.

Small business is the foundation or can say backbone of the economy and since Covid-19 had
had an impact ton economics all around the worlds, it is more crucial then ever to defend them.
Since the first pandemic case discovered in Malaysia, the government had implemented several
massive economic and health steps to reduce its effects. Small business or more frequently
known here as small and micro enterprise as the language goes, the sector had been increasing
steadily over the past decade or so and are recognized by the government as an engine for
economic growth and job creation. However, most of these business struggle to survive in the
current environment for even longer than 5 months due to the rage of coronavirus pandemic.

MERDS Enterprise providing goodie bag services for any type of function. This company is
start-up company that provides goodies bags to anyone that conduct any function and our
main goal is to put ‘fun’ back into planning a wedding goody or any function. Too many
people become overly stressed up or frustrated when planning wonderful events just to think
what to gift guest who attend their functions since MERDS around customers can approach
us to provide any type of gift to their customers are experienced and professional in
handmade goodie bags and will use our expertise to help create memorable gift to our
customers. We based at Johor Bharu, and we have our delivering with minimum charge to
west and east Malaysia.

1. Poorly Defining the Goals and Objectives

The difficulty is the misalignment of project goals with fundamental company
objectives and the lack of clearly defined project goals. I have overcome it by setting a
goal encourages the development of a proposal and the subsequent definition of
objectives that will aid in achieving the goal.
2. Time
Time is very important in-term of meeting our timeline according given time.I have
difficulty managing my work and this project in one path and basically I have plan
accordingly by setting timetable on how to accomplish my project within time given

Conclusion

Due to covid 19 a lot of business been affected and small business like MERDS struggle to
climbed up to reach a position to cover our customer’s heart and with our good customer’s
satisfaction and communicate we hope to success more in the future
