BREAKFAST EVENT BY ECO ORGANIZATION

Santo Domingo Integrated High School - ECO Organization, Field Division of Santa Rosa, IV-A Field Office

Dear Santo Domingo IHS Administration,

I hope that this letter finds you well. On behalf of the ECO Organization, I would like to inform you about an upcoming
breakfast event that will be hosted by our students on Thursday, June 6, 2023. We are excited to showcase their
cooking skills and provide a delightful dining experience for the school teaching community.

The breakfast menu will include dishes such as Chicken Tinola, Garlic Kangkong, Fruit Salad, and Garlic Fried Rice.
Our students have been diligently preparing for this event, and we are confident that their culinary creations will be
enjoyed by everyone in attendance.

The event will follow a specific schedule. The cooks will commence their preparation at 6:00 a.m with the other
member students following at 7:00 a.m. The buffet-style program will officially start at 9:00 a.m or 9:30 a.m, allowing
everyone to savor the delectable dishes prepared by our students.

We kindly ask that the teachers bring their own containers for their food. This will help us save space and reduce
waste during the event. We assure you that all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable
experience for everyone involved. Our students will strictly adhere to hygiene practices and guidelines provided by
the school.

We kindly request your permission and support for this event. Your approval will serve as a testament to the school’s
commitment to nurturing talents and skills of our students. We believe that showcasing their culinary abilities will not
only foster their growth but also inspire others within the school community.
