Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT

Providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT
CONCRETE M20 IN SITU, mix design as per
IS 456 and slump of 75 to 130mm with 20mm
and down graded stone metal aggregate in all
types of works at all levels like footings, rafts,
columns, beams, slabs, curb walls, walls, pardi,
machine foundation, waist slabs, steps, encasing
of columns and beams, jacketing of columns.
Preliminary cubes to be prepared on award of
work and to be tested to meet the specified
B.2 requirement for M20 mix using PPC or OPC
cement, design mix to be approved by the
Engineer/Employer. The approved design mix
to be converted to equivalent volumetric mix
for all further concrete works with prior
approval of the engineer/the owner. Concrete
placing shall be done with utmost care, the
free drop height shall not exceed 1.5m.

SECTION C:- Formwork & Reinforcement


Providing and fixing ( also removing ) centering
and SHUTTERING for R. C. C members, strong

below ground such as footing, pedestals, walls,
columns, ramps, gutters, stairs, lintels, weather
sheds, copings, beams, plinth beams, slabs,
waist slabs, sloping slabs, sloping beams, piping
trenches, etc of rectangular, square, hexagonal
octagonal or curved shape and required size
C.1 including keeping the same in position during
concreting and up to removal of same up to
specified period. Rate includes cost of all
materials, labour, bracing, propping,
scaffolding required to execute the job as
directed. The tolerance limits as noted in IS
456 shall be applicable. The shuttering area in
contact with concrete to be measured for
payment.

Fabricating, laying and fixing in position


REINFORCEMENT High yield deformed
bars/TMT/CRS for R.C.C. works at all levels
including cutting, bending and binding with 16
gauge M.S. annealed wire, providing cover
blocks of C.M. 1:2 Embedded with binding
wire etc. complete. The reinforcement
detailing to IS 456 or, if specified by
engineer, shall conform to IS: 13920 (Ductile
detailing of R. C. Structures), bars as per IS
1786 the rate shall be inclusive of executing

such detailing. Laps to be measured shall be as 693811
shown in drawing and for reinforcement
length longer than available in market. Chairs,
pins and laps other than that specified shall
not on be measured and paid for. Tolerances in
reinforcement placing shall be applicable as per
IS 456. No extra to be paid for height, rate
remains same at all levels.

SECTION D:- Plaster


Providing and laying 12mm thick in one coat
CEMENT PLASTER in C.M. 1:4 at all height to
internal surfaces of wall, R.C.C. work, [--
backing coat at places where glazed or ceramic

including headers of stone or RCC at intervals
900mm both ways or as specified in drawing,
