SUBJECT: Observance of Working Hours and Tardiness

Employee promptness is essential to the critical nature of our operations. Although we do make
allowances for occasional, unforeseen issues that cause tardiness, consistent lateness cannot be tolerated.
Employees who offence our tardiness policy will be disciplined accordingly.
