Salary: 16,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND

Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting local product design, including but not limited to research on local
competitive products, and internet user behaviour.
• Communicate customer feedback, requirements and desires to influence product functionality and
roadmap.
• Be a problem-solver for product visual & campaign issues that may appear during project
implementation and ensure a good user experience throughout the product life cycle.
• Work closely with the regional team leader, local customer service, and product team to fix issues.
• Continuous market research on the macro-level landscape, competition, customer segment, and
trends as well as consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
Requirements:

• Experience related products of eCommerce, online payment, O2O is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related fields
• Functional and technical knowledge about e-commerce, and payment systems, both for the local
market and general industrial
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Mind Mapping
• Able to evaluate product design and propose solutions based on user research and data analysis
• Good teamwork spirit and a sense of responsibility, able to respond quickly
• Attention to detail and awareness of users’ psychology
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
