Job Description:
• Responsible for supporting local product design, including but not limited to research on local
competitive products, and internet user behaviour.
• Communicate customer feedback, requirements and desires to influence product functionality and
roadmap.
• Be a problem-solver for product visual & campaign issues that may appear during project
implementation and ensure a good user experience throughout the product life cycle.
• Work closely with the regional team leader, local customer service, and product team to fix issues.
• Continuous market research on the macro-level landscape, competition, customer segment, and
trends as well as consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
