Job Role:

End to end Project management and handling Project life cycle for Debit card &
related technologies
Work with the various teams (Product, IT, Ops, ORM, IRM, Marketing, Analytics other
stake holders) team to ensure right features are being implemented with maximum
efficiency and ROI for the bank.
Checking the feasibility and designing solution for the requirement
Being vigilant to competitor activities and changing market situations
Regular industry analysis and present to management with the new use cases and
system solutions which help in revenue generation, process improvement, cost saving
for the bank,
Build and execute the roadmap and look at generating income by being updated on
domestic & global trends in Payment technologies and adopting the same.
Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions.
Work with Internal stake holders to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for
automation to minimize manual intervention.
Help in preparing/ executing test cases, Prepare User Guides and train users on newly
developed Systems
Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS, Management Dashboards, Presentations and
Reporting.

Techno-functional background (Understanding of how a solution would work and
potential challenges/possibilities)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to drive multiple teams (Vendor, Internal stake holders Engineering, Product,
Sales, Marketing & Customer Success) towards a common outcome
Love for great products, user experiences and a deep desire to create the same
Data-driven with a knack for defining, tracking and analyzing metrics
Define project scope and objective and publish periodic project status.
