- Living long allows you to continue to see the improvements in the world, but the more
years you turn, the more diseases and ailments you begin to suffer.

- My grandfather recently turned 100; he still exercises to live many more years.

- To live longer, I decided to put some restrictions
on myself: Not smoking, not drinking and not neglecting my sleep schedule
