on Youtube and an ad pops up introducing beautiful tourist destinations and their
services. It piqued my curiosity and I learned more about it. In the end, it made
me have a need to travel and experience their services. I have booked tickets and
reservations for this summer so I can satisfy my needs. Or a guest example is the
advertisement of a restaurant with quality food and hygienic food at a reasonable
price as well as very good service. People who do not have the need to eat at a
restaurant when they see it will have the need and desire to experience the food
and service there, they will find the address and go there to satisfy their needs.
Furthermore, advertising can create urgency and scarcity that prompts consumers to
buy quickly and impulsively. They advertise with offers, discount events for a
limited time to create a fear of missing out so that consumers will buy products
they don't need. For example, Shopee has successfully applied when creating
discount time frames, super special days for a certain period of time, making
consumers always afraid of missing a good deal, so they have decided to buy. goods

Friday when consumers are lured in by discounts and are enticed to buy even though
they don't need it right now.
In short, advertising influences consumer behavior and creates a need to make them
buy something they don't need. However, that argument is not entirely true because
