Therefore, we propose to explore the experiences of students in online shopping
and investigate the advantages and disadvantages, challenges, and satisfaction
levels associated with this trend.
By conducting this research, we can gain insights into the students' perceptions of
online shopping, identify any challenges they face, and determine how online
retailers can improve their services to better meet their needs. This information
could be valuable to online retailers, schools, and policymakers who want to
enhance the online shopping experience and promote e-commerce among
students.
In recent years po especially during pandemic, mas naging trend and mas naging
popular ang online shopping especially for students since mas convenient sya and
hindi mo na kailangan bumili sa labas. And they depend on buying their everyday
needs like clothes, groceries,and school supplies sa online.
Kaya we propose po na iexplore yung mga experiences ng students in online
shopping and para malaman din po kung ano yung mga advantages and
disadvantages, and kung gano sila nasasatisfy ng online shopping.
And by conducting this research po, maaari po kaming makapagcollect ng
information and to gain insights sa perceptions ng mga student sa online
shopping and para din maidentify naminnkung ano yung mga common challenges
na naeexperience ng mga customers so that mas maiiimprove pa ng mga retailers
or ng mga online sellers yung services nila in meeting the needs of their
consumers. And if this topic will be approved po, the information we may collect
could be valuable to online sellers, schools, students, and policymakers who want
to develop or maennhance pa ang online shopping experience hindi lang ng mga
students but every consumers, and to promote e-commerce among students.
