Hello, my name is Elisay and I disagree with the statement that says that teachers who work too

hard are the ones who burn out.

In my opinion, there is no such thing as working too hard, it has to do more with time
management, how a teacher should organize himself by doing everything in a timely manner,
educators can complete everything on time for every deadline around the school year.

Also, I would like to share some of my experiences. I like to organize my day by priorities, which
means organizing my daily tasks by priority and a teacher should always have an organized
agenda and daily planner. There is a very important point here where the teacher must be
creative and strategic, look for ideas with other teachers, and study and grow professionally to
give their best to each student.

Sometimes there are long days where the resources are not sufficient in some cases, teachers
need a plan B for their class to always have everything ready for their class, for example, if the
photocopy machine broke down, students shouldn’t await for the teacher to not have a proper
solution to give an amazing and fun class.

Teachers should manage time and work too hard is just a motivation to achieve different goals.
There is always a solution for every situation, we have to be very enthusiastic and realize we
must provide the best teaching materials and strategies to get that satisfaction where your
students understand new things every day with your proper guidance, which also means they
can also lead in different topics and as a teacher we also learn from them.

Nowadays organizing a class and setting personal time aside from your work hours is very
functional, there are so many tools and planners where we can organize ourselves to work
efficiently, I encourage teachers to research a bit more on how to organize our time in a way
that works for us to feel that we concluded things on time and also have time to get some rest
and achieve new methods to teach.
