Yayasan Teach For Malaysia akan menghantar borang ini dalam bentuk salinan digital dan meminta ibu
bapa untuk menandatangani borang tersebut/ Teach For Malaysia will be sending a soft copy of this form
and will require parents to insert their e-signature.

Cara tambah tandatangan pada dokumen PDF/ How to add a signature to a PDF

Steps/Langkah-langkah:
1. Buka Fail PDF anda menggunakan Adobe Acrobat Reader/ Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat
Reader.
2. Navigasi ke panel kanan dan klik simbol Fill & Sign/ Click on Fill & Sign in the Tools pane on the
right.
3. Klik butang Sign dan pilih Add Signature/ Click Sign, and then select Add Signature.
4. Satu pop-up akan timbul yang membolehkan anda mencipta tandatangan melalui Type, Draw
dan Image. Klik butang Apply untuk masukkan tandatangan anda ke dalam dokumen/ A popup
will open, giving you three options—Type, Draw, and Image. Once you’re done, click the Apply
button.
5. Pindahkan dan ubah saiz mengikut keutamaan anda pada fail PDF/ Drag, resize and position the
signature inside your PDF file.
6. Kini anda boleh menyimpan fail anda dengan tandatangan elektronik anda/ Save your PDF file with
your added signature.
