'Mr. Raza Md Abdul Hye (6676), Deputy Secretary, Information and Communication Technology Division
has been granted earned leave (ex-Bangladesh) for travelling to India for better treatment of his father for I 5 days
starting from 06.07.2022 to 20.07.2022 or from the date of commencement of leave. This leave has been granted
under the following tems and conditions:

(a) He will draw his pay and allowances in local currency. No part of it should be drawn in foreign currency;
(b) All related expenses of the travel will be bome by himself;
(c) The provision of Rule 34 of Appendix VIII of BSR (Part-1) is applicable for this approval.

02. His father Md. Altamas, wife Nilufer Yesmin and son Faisal Mahadi will accompany him during this travel.
