The undersigned is directed to convey the Government's approval to Dr.
Anjuman Ara Bhuyan, Senior Scientific Officer. AnimaI Biotechnology Division.
National Institute of Biotechnology tNIBl, Savar, Dhaka for participating in
"39th International Society for Animal Genetics Conference QA23t' in
Cape Town, South Africa for 6 tSixl days from 02t07 t2023 to 07 tO7 t2023
(excluding travel time) under the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions

(a) She will leave Dhaka for Cape Town, South Africa on 01- July 2023 or on a
nearby date and leave Cape Town, South Africa for Bangladesh on 0BJuly 2023
or on a nearby date ;
tbl The period of this conference and the time spent for travel and transit wili
be treated as on duty;
(c) She will draw her pays and allowances in local currency: No parts of it shall
be drawn in foreign currencyi
(d) There will be no financial relation with NIB or the Government of the
People's Republic of Bangladeshr
(e) All the expenses will be borne from Bursary Award of International
Society for AnimaI Genetics, USA;
(f) She will not be allowed to stay abroad more than the approved period;
(gl She will have to submit a report of the conference to the Biotechnology Cell
of the Ministry of Science and Technology within 6 tSixl days after his return
from the conference.
