The undersigned is directed to convey the sanction of Government of the People's Republic of
Bangladesh in favour of the following delegation of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourisin (MO-CA
attending "World Travel Market (WTno 2019" to be held in London. UK from 4-6 November 2

02. The approval is subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) They will be treated as on duty during the period for attending the World Travel Market (WTM)
2019;

b) Expenses of the participants mentioned in serial number (1), (3) & (5) will be bone by Bangladesh
Tourism Board, serial no (2) will be bone by Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation and serial no (4)
will be bone by Bangladesh Services Limited;
c) They will draw their usual pay and allowances in local currency. No part of it shall be drawn in
foreign currency;

a) They will leave Dhake for I,ondon, UK on 02 November 2019 or nearest possible date and will
` leave London, UK for Dhcka on o8 November 2019 or nearest possible date;

e) After attending this ceremony they will submit a report on "World Travel Market (WTM) 2019.'
to this Ministry with in two weeks of their return.

03. Chaiman, Bangladesh Pariatan Corporation. Mr. Ram Chandra Das will be accompanied by his
spouse Mitu Rani Das and his Daughter'Nandita Narayan Das during his visit to London, UK. All expenses .
related to their visit will be bone by him.

04. This order has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
