    II. DETAIL:
    2. Upon receipt of the report of the Chief of the Patrol Section, the herein investigator
    was dispatched by the duty Desk Officer, SPO4 John Felix De Jesus to conduct investigation on
    the alleged stabbing incident being done to
    3. At the scene, under signed investigator observe the crime scene.
    III. RECOMMENDATION:
    4. It is respectfully recommended that the motive of the suspect is still undetermined.
