I live in a Kogui community in Sierra Nevada. I take care of the rivers in the
mountains by using natural soaps to wash our clothes. Tourists can help to keep
our rivers clean by not using polluting cleaning products when they visit us.

Valledupar is very hot, so it’s important to plant trees because they provide oxygen
