Exciting news! We are just 2 weeks away from the launch of our Summer 3 Campaign!

1. Campaign Workbook – attached. Printed copies have started to arrive in stores.


In Summer 3 we are launching two campaigns. Frappuccino (800 stores) & Affogato (400 stores).
Check the allocation file to know which campaign you are launching.
There is a specific workbook for Frappucucino campaign stores.

• Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refresha Drink – Our famous refresha with a NEW flavour

The bright colours of summer continue with Smiley Cookie and Cookies & Creme Cake Pop. Summer merchandise already in store.

1. Station Set-ups
• Store team should follow the station set-up for better and consistent service and beverage quality.
• SM/shift leaders to brief the team on the new station set-up and the new smallware/s.
2. Store Insights Assessment Questions has been added again for partners to upskill and increase their knowledge about the
SEA assessments and audits.

If you are here reading, congratulations you have been selected to launch Affogato family in Summer 3.

Your store will launching, the Affogato Family as primary beverage and Mango Dragonfruit Refresha as secondary beverage.
Exclusive to selected stores in your market.
Note: launch date for Affogato beverages is TBC. Spanish Latte family will be primary beverage on 24th July

What’s launching with the Affogato Campaign?

Nitro Cold Brew Float


Classic Non-Nitro Stores to inform Customers that nitro Cold Brew
Affogato beverages are not served in their store. Float

You will be receiving New serveware, smallwares and FOH freezer – Allocation Grid
• Serveware – delivery starts from 23rd July
• Smallwares – allocations started
• Freezer for FOH to store icecream – delivered by ice cream supplier – date TBC
• Ice cream for training – before 16th July

When can I Start training the beverages?


• Stores will receive 2 case of ice cream for training. Keep in the BOH freezer.
• Beverage Training will start when your store receives necessary equipment.
• We will communicate the start of the training date later in comms.

• Ice Cream is a high risk product due to ingredients.
• Careful attention to be given in training for product handling, temperature control, recipe preparation and serving
standards

From the launch of summer 3 a change to the standard for allergens in UAE

Reminder:
Any customers who requests a beverage made from dairy alternatives or requests dairy alternative as an add on, must be asked if
they have a food allergy.

This includes, Oleato beverages, Iced Oat espresso and any request for soy, almond, coconut, or Oat.

This has been introduced due to incidents where customers have suffered allergic reactions due to being served dairy when
requesting non dairy. Shoppie will be used to assess how well the new standard has been adopted and support the change in partner
behavior

Oleato Allocation – Oleato Stores Only


An allocation has been made to Oleato stores for 4 Cases of Oatley Oat drink and 1 case of Partanna Olive Oil.
Oleato stores continue to use Oatley for Oat espresso drinks and as milk alternative when requested by customers.
Oat drink will continue as core after the end of summer 2 campaign.

Delivery Menu Updates / Changes
There are increasing incidents of wrong menus in the delivery platforms due to
direct communication between stores and delivery aggregators.

All communication regarding issues on menu updates and changes must be directed to the delivery team and not direct to the
aggregator.
