Operational Plan

Production (Process Flow)

The product process flow for an ice candy business typically involves the following steps: Create or
select a recipe for the ice candy flavors you want to offer. Consider experimenting with different
ingredients and flavors to differentiate your products. Source high-quality ingredients, such as
chocolate, melon, magnum. Ensure that the ingredients meet food safety standards and regulations.
Measure and combine the ingredients according to the recipe. Use a blender or mixer to throughly mix
and blend the ingredients to achieve a smooth consistency. Pour the blended mixture into ice candy
molds or plastic bags designed for freezing. Seal the molds or bags tightly to prevent leakage during
freezing. Place the filled molds or bags in a freezer or blast freezer. Allow sufficient time for the ice
candies to freeze completely. Once the ice candies are frozen, remove them from the molds or bags.
Wrap each ice candy individually in plastic wrappers or packaging material. Consider adding labels or
branding to the packaging for marketing purposes. Store the packaged ice candies in a freezer or cold
storage facility to maintain their freshness and quality. Develop a distribution network to supply the ice
candies to retailers, vendors, or directly to customers. Promote your ice candies through various
marketing channels, such as social media, local advertisements, or partnerships with retailers. Offer
samples or conduct taste tests to attract customers and build brand awareness. Implement quality
control measures at each stage of the process to ensure consistent taste, texture, and regularly monitor
the freezing temperature, check for any contamination, and conduct taste tests to maintain product
quality.
