IMPORTANT NOTES:
Above rates are valid upto 31 May 2023 except long weekends/ festivals etc. If there are festivals or
any govt. holidays falling prior to weekends / post weekends, the price gets escalated and has to be
rechecked.
Only one child along with two parents are allowed on one DBL bed.
Second will have to take Extra Bed.
Check in time 1400 Hrs and Check out time 1100 Hrs for all Hotels

Confirmations of hotels are subject to availability. Slight alterations in the accommodation may
become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so
provided will be of the same class.
Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements,
which may come into effect prior to departure.

Muslims and Bangladeshis are not allowed in Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir
Any Indian National visiting Sikkim is required to carry a Photo ID Proof (Voter ID / Passport /
Driving License) in order to obtain Tsomgo Lake permit for the above.
It is advisable to check Hotel website before booking, to make an informed choice as BL will not be
able to change the hotel once booked or on the spot.

Standard Vehicles doesn’t go to City Hotels & Resorts: Local Taxi Support need to be taken directly by Guest from
Deorali, North Sikkim & Pelling Stand in Gangtok. Payment to be done on spot by Guest. Approx INR.150-250 Per
ride for 3-4 Pax to and from the hotels and stands.
Gangtok City Tour is done only by Maruti Van/ Wagon R (4 People in a Car).
Only 7 heads are allowed in 1 Sumo/ Bolero including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then
the guest will have to take another vehicle.
Most of the Hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the Gates for longer period hence
Guests should wait at the Hotel/ Resort Reception 5-10 Minutes before the Departure to avoid the inconveniences.
Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for
entries, kindly follow the time strictly as given to you by the Driver.
In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait
for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the Driver will have to come through traffic.
Please coordinate with the Driver.
About Transfers
Transfer from Bagdogra/ Pakyong Airport/ NJP Railway Station will be provided from 06:00HRS To
17:00HRS. In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost. Car will
not run post 17:00HRS toward any transfers.
All hill destinations are 3 to 5HRS. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate
day light.
If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay
back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 09:00AM next morning.
Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and
flight timings) as to when they should start the Departure Transfer towards Bagdogra/ Pakyong Airport/ NJP Railway
Station. We suggest a buffer time of 2HRS at least.
About Guests
Please maintain the timing for the Sightseeing/ Transfers which will be advised by our executive.
The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad
weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
Kindly inform if there are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such
matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them, and we will suggest
accordingly.
The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the
sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the
next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing
related with nature flexible.
The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot
be matched with other developed destinations.
Room Heater available with an extra cost Borne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury
categories)
Category of Rooms in the package is base category/ Standard rooms. The Hotels used are modest, neat &
clean.
A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
For Extra adult in the room, we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide
extra mattress or rollaway bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed/ cot unless otherwise mentioned
by us.
We reserve the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in
each destination and without compromising with any services during any unforeseen situation may be for weather
condition or any other unavoidable circumstances.
We deal with Hotels/ Resorts which are rated above 3.5+ in Trip Advisor and which are having Service Excellence
Awards from different Authorised Organisations. It is recommended that the Travellers may please visit the Hotel
website / information on available facilities before booking as we will not be able to change the hotels once booked.
The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability. So, We can't give assurance on the same,
but will try level best to get the permission done if the conditions are fine, roads are open, and permissions are
available.
Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo
Lake - Baba Mandir, except Monday and Tuesday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism
Department before 24HRS of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies
registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Mon & Tue. NAME, ADDRESS,
AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally
organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72HRS before the arrival to
apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour
will only be till New Baba Mandir if the roads are open till that. In case the permit is available one can opt for
the trip with an extra charge approx. INR.4,000 - 5,000/ Vehicle with upto 6 People.
It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter ID/ Passport/ Driving License/ Aadhar
Card and passport size photograph. (PAN Card is not considered as a valid ID proof). For above 05 yrs. child School
ID card is valid.
As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permits are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest has to
travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio-Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any
choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the Department
of Tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules.
In case of less than 6 People from one Travel Agent the Department generally club small number with another Travel
Agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 KM up and down before Nathula pass.
The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only .Guest have to start early from Gangtok.
If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok, we cannot guarantee the visit despite having confirmed permit.
In Peak Season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the
permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason Guest can’t visit Nathula Pass then no refunds
will be made
Must carry Original Voter ID / Driving License / Original Passport of each passenger. Aadhar ID & PAN Card
is not accepted in many Hotels/ Resorts across India, so don’t carry them as Valid ID.
No ONLINE SELF-DECLARATIVE HEALTH DECLARATION is mandatory for any Indian Domestic Travel.
Photocopy: 2 copies of ID card (above mentioned) of each passenger (Must for any tour might be required
by Accommodations).
Photograph: 2 color passport size photographs of each passenger (Must if any Inner Line Permits need to be
made during tour).
Failing to carry mandatory documents may lead to unwanted hassles/ cancellation during the tour.
