About the Course
This course examines the significance of an effective performance management system in helping organizations in defining and
achieving short and long term goals. Students will be oriented that it is an ongoing process of planning, facilitating, assessing, and
improving individual and organizational performance. This course will help students to understand that performance management is
concerned with identifying, measuring, and developing the performance of individuals and teams and aligning their performance
with the strategic objectives of the organizations.

1. Group Project: The group comprises not more than five students per roll no. As part of the project, they have to study the PMS
practices of an existing organization and submit a report.
2. Group Presentation: The students' group will be assigned a business case study. It should be analyzed and presented in the class
as per the schedule.
3. Individual Assignment: Details will be shared in the class
Usage of AI tools is allowed for assignment submission. The student has to narrate what tool they used and how did they use. Extra
credit will be given if applied properly.
4. Quiz: The mid term quiz will be conducted after the 15th session in moolde.
