A social science concerned with the fulfillment of needs and desires through the distribution
of finite resources with many uses.
3. What is Supply in Economics?/ What is Demand in Economics
According to the law of demand, the greater the price of an item, the fewer people would desire it if
all other things stay constant. In other words, the lesser the amount requested, the greater the price.

The law of supply demonstrates the quantities sold at a specific price. But unlike the law of demand,
the supply relationship shows an upward slope. This means that the higher the price, the higher the
quantity supplied. v

Land, labor, capital, and entrepreneurship. Land resources are the raw materials in the
production process. Capital is the machinery, tools and buildings humans use to produce goods and
services .Entrepreneur is a person who combines the other factors of production - land, labor, and
capital - to earn a profit. Labor is the effort that people contribute to the production of goods and
services.
