These days, there is an increase need of high-experienced workers than ever before.

Your work
experience is valued more than even your knowledge in a particular field. I agree with this and would
like to briefly discuss why advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

Obviously, some people would not agree with me as they think that the more knowledge you have than
more valuable worker you have to be. They have a strong believe in academic knowledge. However,
knowledge without practice is useless. Those people might know everything theoretically but not
practically and theory is paramount for universities but not for the real world.
We’re living now in modern world and most of the job are connecting with social media platform, such
as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, EBay. I have some kind of job just like Digital Marketing Service. That
job means I boost some kind of Facebook pages and posts in the Facebook platform and using visa card
or master card and paying bill by dollars. It means we have to advertise some kind of post to the
Facebook newsfeed by following the policies of Facebook admin team. There have three kind of boost
service, boot the post to get more reached and engagement, another way is boost the Facebook page to
get more like and followers and the last way is boost to the messenger it’s see our boost post as ADS
and get more message reached.
I try to learn that kind of job from my friend in last 3years ago and now in our country situation that
can’t be worked. In the beginning, I try to announce a lot of time to get a customer and really hard to
success in the process because I don’t exactly know the policies of Facebook but in the later I’m good at
this and I got a lot of successful in boost service.

Although, I rest from that field in last year because the rising of dollar price in our counter and Facebook
team rule so much policies to our counter. But I enjoy in that job and that is my first job in my life and I
don’t need t go out like others, that’s why I keep using work as job. In my mind, in one day I really want
to work in office filed and some kind of customer service field.
