Greetings from LTIMindtree!

Following your successful completion of the IGNITE program, we would like to inform you that we have scheduled your
onboarding for August 3, 2023.

Request you to complete the attached Joining Confirmation Form by accessing the link. Please be informed that the onboarding
process and the subsequent training will be conducted in person/classroom at our Pune campus (address mentioned below).

2. HSC Marksheet/Diploma Marksheets & Diploma Provisional Marksheets
3. Degree/Post Degree Marksheets – till pre-final semester(at least internet copy)
4. Proof of Age
5. Aadhar Card
6. Pan Card
7. Letter of Intent (Offer Letter)- To be digitally signed.
8. Data Privacy- To be digitally signed.

           

                 Joining Documents: The documents must be digitally signed in the ‘On-boarding Documents’ tab on the

                                          CampBuzz portal by July 24th, 2023.

Kindly carry the original copies of the above-mentioned General Documents along with you for verification process on the
day of joining.

Note : Candidates are required to manage the travel and accommodation expenses on their own. Your work location post
training period is subject to completion of the training and based on business demands.
