1. Why you're the best Customer Service Representative for this role. Give quantifiable examples
of related achievements.
In my opinion, I think that I will be the finest Customer Service Representative for this role.
Because I worked for almost 2 years at the front desk or reception of a residential building. Over
there, I was responsible for dealing with all of the certain problems or issues that any one faces
who lives in the building. Those issues were related with maintenance complaints, noise
complaints and also about registering the visitor parking passes. I deal with all of those issues on
phone calls, messages and also through E-mails. So, I ensure that after dealing with customers
for two years I know how to greet them and talk with them very politely and respectfully that is
why I reckon that I will be the best Customer Service Representative for this position.
I fit perfectly with the Vision, Mission and Core value of Algaecal because I love to help others
and I feel sense of achievement and satisfaction when I help someone. I like the vison of
Algaecal which states “A world without fear of bone loss” and to achieve that vision their
mission is “Guided by science and powered by nature, we inspire people to strengthen their
bones”. For me I love to be a part of such a great organization with such a great vision and
mission of helping others to strengthen their bones.

3. What's the toughest challenge you’ve ever overcome in your life? How did you overcome it?
The toughest challenge that I ever faced in my life was to move out of my hometown that’s in
India. I overcome that phase of my life by keeping myself busy with my studies and work.

I am currently working at the front desk of a residential building as earlier mentioned in 1st
question. I am looking for this job because it pays well and also if I get hired then I don’t have to
travel elsewhere as I will be working from home.
