JOHN PAUL’S SCHOOL

Playgroup and Kindergarten

6 July 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome back to school!

We hope your holiday was filled with special moments that made your family happy and
refreshed. Our teachers and staff at John Paul’s School, Playgroup and Kindergarten are
excited to see you especially to our new students for the new school year 2023-2024. We
missed your energy, curiosity, and smiles and we can’t wait to have another exciting
learning journey together.
This first week of Term 1 is an orientation week. It will lay a strong foundation for your child’s
adjustment to help them familiarize school routines and build friendship. We will set our
young learners to discover the exciting opportunities our school offers and find their place
in our friendly environment. We would like to inform you as well that there will be no
parents to stay inside the classroom throughout the session. You may stay at the waiting
area outside Lobby A or at the canteen.

Here’s the special timetable for the Orientation Week (10-14 July 2023).
Level Drop-Off Time (Lobby A) Dismissal / Pick-Up Time (Lobby A)
Playgroup 9:30 am
Kindergarten 1 8:00 am 9:45 am
Kindergarten 2 10:00 am

As you walk through our school vicinity on this coming first week, you may notice a going-on
construction of widening and enhancing our Lobby B. Please, bear with us as we are
improving our facilities. Nevertheless, we ensure that your child’s safety is our top priority here
in our school.
We want to thank all the parents and guardians for trusting us with your children’s education.
We understand how important this responsibility is, and we promise to provide a safe and
nurturing with tender loving care environment. We value your partnership and look forward to
working together to ensure your child’s learning progress. Together, we can create an
environment where your child can excel socially, emotionally, physically and academically.
May this school year be filled with fun life-long learning, new friendships, and amazing
discoveries. We are excited to see our young learners grow independently, happy and
celebrate accomplishments with every step of the way.

With warm regards,

Elizabeth Blancas-Macaisa, M.Ed. Mario N. Tamba, M.Si
