Dear Sokunthy,

I represent Secure A&D (Cambodia) Co. Ltd, We would like to sincerely apologize for the unhappy
experience due to the theft of a motorcycle from the customer parking at Sothearos, The incident
happened this month, 9.30 pm, September 6th, 2021, The thief was not noticed as there are no parking
controller to standby at both side of Sothearos and Riverside motorcycle parking during Covid-19 time.
We will take responsibility for this case to find a solution with the owner of the motorcycle. We can
offer compensating to the customer for the loss and will finish this situation happily.

We are taking the necessary steps to prevent this situation from happening in the future and are rotating
staff from now and during the Pchum Ben holiday, because we have a plan to add more staffs in the
motorcycle parking areas for checking all property belonging to customers and to standby at entry and
exit points.

We hope that you will accept our sincerest apology. We have taken every action possible to prevent
this case from happening again. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We aim
improve our customer satisfaction immediately.
