Cancellation of 97 illegal ownership claims.

Supposedly, exhausted Block-I & IV of the coalfield has
provided a spike increase in production in FY 22-23 with
better management policy and its implementation.

 Looking forward, the high potential (approx. 70.01 MT )


reserve of Block-II of the coalfield may provide another
25 years of mine life with help of resource allocation and
attention to precise ground conditions including PR and
R&R activities.

Rise in production and sales figures are result of thorough implementation of Coal

Commissioning of 02 nos. of weigh bridges in FY 22-23 provided more number of points of
dispatch simultaneously.

Prominent Achievements Of Rajrappa Area
1. Completion of target of 1.3 MT for FY 22-23 on 29.03.23.
2. 51% increase in Coal production in FY 22-23.
3. 25% increase in sale quantity of Coal in FY 2022-23.
4. Direct dispatch from ROCP has been initiated to feed coal to the nearby power plants of Rajrappa OCP
through several modes of movement through scope provided by commissioning of new weigh bridges.
5. Total 21 no of new HEMM operators ( shovel ,drill ,crane ,dumper & grader) have been trained and
inculcated in this single financial Year. With focus on women empowerment through their inclusion in role of
drill operator, blasting staff and computer operator as well.
6. All haul road of the mine have been widened with proper gradient for smooth operation & transportation
inside mine premises.
7. Scrap Disposal has initiated at ROCP for cleanliness of the Project.
8. Security set-up established.
9. Optimum mine water utilisation
10. Upto 03 rake loading in a day through increased efficiency.
11. A record- Decade high disposal of 2.90 L Te slurry in FY 22-23
12. Recreational activity:
a. Cricket tournament between District administration and CCL, Rajrappa Area.
b. Women empowerment through active participation and constant encouragement.
c. Setting up 01 number of children park and 01 number of open-gym in colony area.
d. 01 volleyball court provided in Transit Hostel .
