CHICKEN MENTAI RICE RECIPE


Ingredients:
1) 200 grams of chicken fillet
2) 2 cloves of garlic that have been mashed
3) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
4) 1 tablespoon soy sauce
5) 1 teaspoon sesame oil
6) 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Rice Ingredients:
1) 3 cups of white rice
2) 2 pieces of nori or chopped seaweed
3) pinch of salt
4) 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Topping Ingredients:
1) 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2) 5 tablespoons of toasted sesame
3) 2 tablespoons chili sauce
4) 2 tablespoons condensed milk

How to make:
 First, saute the onions until fragrant, then add the chicken fillets to the pan. Pour the
oyster sauce, sugar then stir until then mix well. Adjust the taste, cook until the gravy
shrinks, then add sesame oil.
 If it has shrunk, then the chicken fillet is browned, turn off the heat and set aside.
 Next, prepare warm rice, chopped nori and sesame oil. Combine all the rice ingredients,
stir until evenly distributed.
 After that, put the rice in the aluminum foil package, the portion can be adjusted
according to the existing container.
 The next step is to coat the rice with a sheet of nori then the chicken fillet on top.
 The next stage, mix all the sauce ingredients for the topping. After that, brush the rice
that has been given the nori and chicken with the mayonnaise sauce.
 Bake the rice at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until the surface is browned.
 If you have, remove from the oven then serve mentai chicken rice while warm.
